Cute hotel, pricey for what you get. The rooms have themes, as you can see I had the Cri Cri themed room. The outside area is nice. Room is relatively spacious. Staff fast and friendly. Bathroom is clean but kind of small. The parking is convenient. They have an ok restaurant.

Nice place to stay but the receptionist in the morning was very rude because I made the comment that they are sharp as English people closing the offered breakfast at 10:55.

This place is AMAZING. The rooms (of which there are only 15) are named and individually themed after famous Mexican personalities. There is a small school right beside it so be prepared for those sounds in the mornings. Though it didn't bother me. The staff is awesome. If you have poor Spanish, or don't speak st all, there is someone on hand that does.

My 5 1) Great location, you can forget about your car and walk, 2) Parking is free and it's covered but not connected to the hotel, 3) Amazing staff, so friendly and prompt to help, clean and assist you, 4) interesting concept for art decor where every room is dedicated to a Mexican artist, 5) Doesn't have elevator, ask before booking for an accessible room at the first floor if stairs aren't for you, 6) Both, bistro and cafeteria are tasty, portions aren't gigantic, price is fair, 7) I stayed at the Chespirito room with a double bed and I found it small, 8) Key card wasn't too reliable, I had to come down to the front desk for them to fix it for me everyday, 9) beds are comfy, 10) they received us with a personal welcome letter, artisan soup and couple of delicious macaroon
