I
was
having
breakfast
with
my
partner
and
the
waiter
asked
us
for
the
“breakfast
tickets”
we
gave
him
the
ticket
and
he
came
back
to
the
table
to
notify
us
we
just
had
one
breakfast
included
not
two
and
that
we
had
to
pay
for
the
other
breakfast.
I
told
him
I
will
go
speak
to
reception.
I
told
the
reception
staff
that
they
were
giving
incorrect
information
and
false
marketing.
When
we
arrived
the
receptionist
told
us
we
had
breakfast
included.
Please
be
very
careful
with
this.
They
might
ruin
your
breakfast,
the
waiter
came
3
times
to
the
table
while
we
were
having
coffee
and
treated
us
like
criminals.
I
am
a
criminal
lawyer
and
I
don’t
let
this
things
happen
because
it’s
not
correct
neither
fair
that
other
customers
come
and
experience
the
same
as
us.
So
be
careful,
inform
yourself
first.
I
told
the
Manager
of
Food
and
Beverages
as
well
as
the
receptionist
I
don’t
have
a
problem
in
paying
for
the
breakfast
but
that
I
would
leave
them
a
bad
review.
They
apologized
and
told
me
it
is
okay,
that
they
will
not
charge
us
for
the
breakfast,
but
that
is
certainly
not
the
problem:
the
problem
is
they
tricked
us
and
that
is
simply
NOT
CORRECT
+
disturbed
us
during
our
meal
3
times.
It’s
not
acceptable
to
be
treated
like
a
criminal
in
a
hotel
at
8:00
am
when
you
have
a
trip
ahead
of
you.
The
staff
were
chit-chatting,
looking
at
us
and
sending
people
back
to
the
table.
This
review
will
help
them
in
being
more
careful
with
the
information
they
give
to
their
customers
when
they
arrive
and
as
guests
this
will
help
you
to
get
informed.
Please
record
them
if
necessary
when
they’re
telling
you
what
your
stay
includes.
