It's really pretty. Just that I don't recommend going in the cold season because of the fog, because you don't appreciate the view. But its fun!

One star warning: the wait in line to ride down was three times as long as the wait to go up. Bring a jacket. Otherwise it was a fun ride, and a beautiful view. A great experience for 70 pesos a person. We went at dusk and the lighting was good enough for selfies. Flew through the night fog on the way down. There is security and a snack bar at the top.

We loved Cerro del Borrego! Went there during a cloudy cold afternoon but wa such a dreamy experience. Not many people on a Thursday and the area was quiet, it felt like we were sleep walking through a forest. Highly recommended 👌

Beautiful hill with remarkable historic of the origin of Orizaba, walking trails, flora, fauna and an amazing view of the city. They have zip lines, a high tower and food .

You'd love this place. It has a museum and they also have small outdoor theater plays on weekends. Simply beautiful.

Excellent ride up on the teleférico! Beautiful views. There's also a small zip line up there, a concession stand, small museum with a local historian. This is a must when in Orizaba.

About a block south of Parque Francisco Gabilondo Soler Cri-Cri on the west side of Sur 18 there is the public entrance to the trail to the top marked as a small road called "Cerro del Borrego" on Google Maps- but it is more like an alleyway between buildings that only bicycles and pedestrians can access. The trail is very nice- though steep- and a good portion of it is paved with stairs. Good for exercise and great views! Maybe someday I'll be lazy and take the tram to the top too.

Great views of the city! I took the cable car up and down the mountain and did not have to wait in line. I recommend to go for sunset and bring drinks and snacks. It can get a little chilly up here around sunset, so bring a jacket. Fun note: A local told me that there is a legend that if you walk up Cerro del Borrego, it means you will return to Orizaba again in your lifetime.

Climbing the Cerro del Borrego is a safe journey. You can go up by cable car or walking. Upstairs there are museums, a chapel and spaces to exercise. At the top there is water, but I recommend bringing prepared food, there is an area with tables for pick nick. going up on foot is free, going up by cable car costs 4 dollars.

The climb is slippery but worth the view from the 3 lookouts. It took about 1.5 hours to climb. If you are not up climbing, you can take the cablecar.

You have to pay 80 peso if you get the cable car that takes you to the top. You can also hike it and it's free. Be ready, not for be beginners!

Went in a cable car to the top of goat mountain in Orizaba. The place was historic and fun for kids, too.
