In my opinion, Saharna Monastery - is the most beautiful religious site in Moldova. The monastery, has a beautiful main church, spacious cells, a nice touristic site with a small market at the entrance, kids area, a cave church, an open bath, some daco-roman ruins on top of the hill !

A famous monastery in the forest that consists of a large complex with various buildings, including churches, residences, a cemetery, a grocery store and a souvenir shop. It is unfortunate to see the animals in the cages across the monastery, but beyond that it is recommended to come. Entrance is free

If you go through the monastery, there Is a very nice hike to some caves, waterfall etc. Definitely worthy!

Very beautiful place

Beautiful landscapes. The church is located between 'hills' and is seen from the top. Near is small waterfall. Good touristic place.

Everything's beautiful some buldings under construction but whats its wrong and sad is a lot animal in cage. We have 21 century not middle age. Please change this and think about this God creatures.

It has a big forest zone with small waterfalls and cliffs. Though looks a bit neglected, it is a nice place for walking.

I was there with my family. It's very nice place . We were visiting on winter holidays.

Beautiful hills and waterfalls in one of the poorest areas of Europe this area is still full of Soviet era buildings and reminders of the past Stalin occupation, I would still visit this small country beyond the sometimes poor reviews and videos I've seen for the history and experience

I have been several time to this place and each time I am so impressed by the beaty of it. There is a such a wonderful connection between nature and spirituality. I highly recommend to visit a list one time to understand the meaning of my words.
