I am a big fan of Vietnamese beef noodle soup and I've tried it in various countries outside of Vietnam. I must say that the beef noodle soup (southern Vietnam style) that I had this evening at Vietnam Street Food in Odense was by far the highest quality and most richly and authentically flavoured Pho Bo that I've ever had outside of Ho Chi Minh City! Augmenting my dining experience was the owner himself, who is down-to-earth and super passionate about his craft. For example, I am told that he wakes up at 5 am every morning just to get his hands on the best beef calves in town. He also has an inspirational life story that is reminiscent of Hans Christian Anderson's, whose childhood home just happens to be a stone's throw away.

Tasty and delicious. The owner is friendly and kind. Reasonable price.

Craving for Asian food after the 8th day in Denmark. Chanced upon this eatery on Google that is near to our hotel, the food is amazingly GREAT! Very friendly boss! Considering to come back for lunch tomorrow 😂

Location is good but food is quite slow. Also the amount of food is not good. Ordered a fried noodles with beef it's just quite little.. Not even more noodles. Why being so cheap.

Great food (pic shows #15), straight from the kitchen (might take moment longer than fast food). Combine that with very friendly service and you get the 5-star ratings.

We were worried about portion sizes but you get a good amount of food, and it is the most authentic viet food in the area.

I used to order "banh mi" and pho here, "Banh mi" is quite good, but "pho" is not very rich. The owner is friendly, the space is clean, the price is reasonable, quite cheap.

Super delicious veggie banh mi!! And the staff was super nice and friendly 🥰🥰 I ordered it as a take away, but while waiting, the atmosphere was really hygge🤗💟

My boyfriend and I wanted to go for a quick and relaxed night out and searched on Google as we don’t live in Odense. The comments for this place were amazing… the food and service definitely didn’t disappoint! We had Pho, the Vietnamese pancake and the duck with rice. All were amazing dishes and so affordable. We had to wait just a tiny bit, but the wait was all worth it. The owner was very friendly and we had a great conversation to learn more about his culture and the dishes. We will definitely come back :)
