I've been going to classes here since I moved to Denmark last month and I cannot recommend this lovely spot more. I was hoping for a yoga studio exactly this when I moved over so I could continue my practice and I couldn't have asked for better when I found KAILO. All the instructors are so kind, caring and truly care about your practice and development.

Was so grateful to find this studio close to our Airbnb when visiting Copenhagen. I took a class each day I was there and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip. The studio is beautiful, welcoming and so comfortable. From the magical soundbath and rejuvenating grounded class to the fiery Vinyassa, each class was so well structured and the instructors were wonderful. Planning my next trip to Copenhagen just so I can revisit this studio 😍

if you are looking for a space where you can relax, have a nice yoga practice, meet new charming people — then you found it. the studio is very cozy and instructors are caring. the app is also very convenient, you can find all the schedule there and book a place for yourself in one minute. totally recommend and happy that i found my place ☺️

I went on a retreat with Kailo yoga, and didn’t really know what exactly to expect, but I was blown away! This was such a deep and meeningful experience and I felt so safe, loved and inspirered. What a beautiful personal journey it became, with the most loving people. We had such a strong community together. I’m beyond thankful that I went on this retreat hosted by Cam and Dom. Also we were in the most beautiful settings in the countryside of Andalusia. So well facilitated.

I've been to lots of yoga studios in Copenhagen and Káilo is by far the most beautiful, relaxing and homey. Having moved to Copenhagen recently, I've found Káilo to be a place where I can not only deepen my practice but make friends and find community. After class, there is usually a healthy snack waiting and a hot to tea to drink in the lounge. I often find myself 3 or 4 days a week so I really get the most from my membership.

KAÍLO yoga is such a beautiful studio in the heart of the city - all the teachers are fantastic, the space is incredibly homey (drinks or snacks always served after class), and a wonderful sense of warmth and community. I particularly loved the Cocao Ceremony event recently, and am looking forward to joining more events/workshops! Having recently moved to Copenhagen, going to the studio a few afternoons a week has been a great way to settle in 😊

Beautiful studio in the center of Copenhagen with magical energy. I've done a beginner movement course which is perfect to build a foundation. Highly recommend to everyone who wants to start a journey with yoga. Dom is amazing teacher with huge knowledge, she's super professional and at the same time sharing warm energy, smile and lots of love. Looking forward to practice with other teachers.

Had the pleasure of attending Kailo‘s first Yoga Teacher Training with Cam, Dom and Miz (in Cph + India) which was the most beautiful experience! It was not only super enriching in terms of learning more about yoga but also an incredibly valuable journey through spirituality, community and self-love ❤️‍🔥 I am so thankful for these women and would do it all again in a heartbeat. Doing my Yoga Teacher Training with Kailo was a unique and unforgettable experience. Cam, Dom and Miz took care of every detail, to make sure this trip was truly wonderful. Learning from three very talented and experienced teachers was one of the highlights. The YTT experience not only provided me with the skills to teach yoga, but also became a transformative journey of personal growth and self-discovery.
