👍👍 Had the MOST IMPECCABLE dining experience at this restaurant! Not only was the good experience of 8 servings out of this world, but the service and atmosphere itself was all so lovely and welcoming. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for something Japanese in Copenhagen because it definitely... People often mention good, great, experience, service, nice, menu, recommend, dishes,

Delicious Japanese food, went for the “all you can eat” - would visit again definitely. The interior is not pretentious, but “don’t judge the book by its cover”. The chefs would make water your mouth.

Lovely place...... before everyone else joins. Nice food, but I felt the long wait between the courses was a bit to long. The food was best in the beginning of the 8th course and declined rapidly. The last course I could not eat and we left before desert.

Excellent food with great service! Chef made extra effort to provide lactose free meal for one of our guest, we all appreciate it. It was a great experience to show a fusion of danish and asian cuisine to our Australian friends. Highly recommend. ❤️

Wonderful experience with a experienced and knowledgable server able to accomodate dietary restrictions at a moments notice, along with fine wine pairing. The course 8-meal course we were served nicely composed and each dish were an explosion of flavor. Can highly recommend! 🙌

Great place, food tastes amazing and is reasonably priced, friendly and fast staff and cozy atmosphere. I took the 6 course menu which is trying out dishes, see some of them under. The 36h cooked pork and the dessert were great! Will definitely be going back.

Sushi selection is unique and delicious! The all you can eat option was really affordable and varied. I wasn't disappointed with any of the rolls we chose and the yakitori and dumplings was delicious too! The place is cozy, affordable and casual. A nice hidden gem amongst the more expensive dining places in Copenhagen!

Lovely japanese fusion. Service was super professional, however waiting time was quite long. Be ready to spend more than 2h while taking the full experience menu. Quite a good value for money but at the end of the day no dish would really make me come back. Ooo

Good place, location is small, cozy, with nice details. Some waiters are definitely more prepared that others in dishes knowledge and attention for customers needs. Food is good, the only problem is that the dinner is starting great and then the umami, food complexity and flavor in general decrease during the day, delivery some dishes not very powerful towards the end of the experience.

We had dinner (6 course). The food was very good with different flavours in each of the dishes. it was a very nice place to dine in as well and the service was good. We booked our dinner on the day using earlybird.dk

The food was really good, although we did expect a little more from this place because of the ‘fine-dinning look/vibes’. Somehow the quality didn’t match the vibes, but it was still good.

Its a very nice Sushi restaurant with high quality sushi, good wine and professional staff. Nice place to end your day. Was there with my wife and two girls, we are sushi fans. They recommended that their chef decides your dishes, but we preferred to order from menu instead. 🙂

Food was amazing, wine pairing was also good. Very fair prices, especially when booking through EarlyBird. Would definitely recommend to come here! Thanks for a great evening 😊

We have been here quite some time ago and even though the restaurant does not look like much at first glance, every single dish was made to perfection and we enjoyed every bite (we had the largest version of the menu. Waitress had a very thick accent so we did not always understand the presentation but whatever. We were one pescatarian and one "regular" and it was not a problem at all. We will definitely be back

We really liked this place and it has a lot of potential. The food was really good with flavour and dedication, and service was attentive and very friendly. Will come again! Just need the last lille bit for five stars, mostly the interior design and maybe an extra pair of hands in the front to help out :)

I had a 3-course meal. The appetizer was okay but it was not fresh at all. I could taste that the chef made it long ago. The okonomiyaki and donkatsu were honestly of bad quality... The okonomiyaki was basically a cabagge salad. The dough was soggy from the cabbage and the bottom of the sauce, and it was almost pickled in the sauce. I was disappointed because the dough was completely different from the okonomiyaki I knew and ate. The donkatsu was also totally different from the Japanese style donkatsu, and it was too small. The dessert was also not that great. I expected macha taste from the ice cream but I could only taste coconut and it was way too sweet, so I couldn't feel any contrast in the dessert. It wasn't impressive at all. Sorry, but I thought it would be worth it to go here because of the price.

Food was amazing! Gorgeous looking dishes and a super well put together menu. The wine menu was delicious and obviously well thought out. Staff was super nice and welcoming

It was an okay-ish experience. I'm unsure whether or not it was the innovative combinations that didn't work, or if it just wasn't executed well enough. Wasn't a remarkable experience but I didn't walk away feeling like I had wasted money either.

Great food, great matching wines, great service! All the dishes were interesting and well-tasting, nothing that disturbs the great experience. Can recommend taking a glass of the YUZU wine if you like citrus!!!

Cannot recommend Restaurant Uma enough. Both times I've been there, each dish served has been delectable. I wish I had photos but the meals were too good to let sit and they wouldn't do the taste justice

The restaurant make far better food than what you would believe from the decor. A hidden gem. Try the full menu. Be sure to include a bottle of champagne, which is totally reasonable priced here.
