👍 Slightly overhyped I would say. Everything def looks very beautiful. We personally found it was a bit tasteless / boring though. We had the avo smash and the french toast. Cappuccino was also okay but we had plenty better ones in Copenhagen. Also it was very busy and therefore not really possible to... The brunch we had here was great! The ingredients were very fresh tasting, and the flavors were delicious. The avo toast had a full avacado, and they gave a full boiled egg that had lemony flavor. It was very unique. The salad on the side was also very good. I had a chia tea that was very mild and delightful. The service was friendly as well. The interiors of the place look rustic and cozy. I highly recommend this place for brunch or a quick bite.

Really really enjoyed this brunch. Nothing was “normal” and everything had a twist. We ordered the loaded croissant with white chocolate labneh (what!) which was lovely, interesting and not too sweet, and I’m not even a white chocolate fan. The avocado toast was great, a generous amount of avocado, with a crunch from the toasted seeds and a tang from the pickles. The eggs Benedict with mushrooms was wonderful. The lattes (mushroom and chai) were subtle - may try a coffee next time. All in all very much recommended.

Definitely a great concept and interesting menu, impeccable presentation. But there are several buts that completely spoil the impression of the institution. Menu: despite all the external attractiveness, the dishes are spicy, which does not allow you to feel the taste of the dish, only the spiciness. In fact, the selection of non-sweet dishes is not very large and most of them are spicy. It is not suitable for everyone. Almonds were baked to the consistency of stones. The coffee was cold because lactose-free milk is not heated. Service: Extremely many visitors and the staff don't even try to be friendly because of their busyness. I would advise you to avoid using scratched plates. Administration: 2 tables were booked within 1.5 hours and were just standing empty. Instead, many visitors could not get a seat. Price: quite high, requires better service. Conclusion: the place is popular and hyped, but personally I was disappointed. I will hardly come here again.

This place is top notch. It offers brunch options created with a refined culinary twist. Every single item we tried was spectacular (mushroom toast, shakshuka, and French toast). Don’t skip the French toast! The lattes were delicious as well. Small and quaint but very cute vibe. Do yourself a favor and go give your taste buds a journey.

It was a great food and great service. I just wasn’t really wowed by anything special. It looks pretty it taste fresh but by the high review score I expected something extra ordinary but it was just great. The only item I enjoyed very much was the lemonade. Have to say the best lemonade I had this summer.

This was our best breakfast/brunch place in Copenhagen for our small trip, will definitely come back. Great atmosphere sitting out in the sun, but also a cozy space inside. The food was a bit pricey but worth every penny. Avocados toast was great as well as the French toast. Juices were okay. Friendly girls coming with the food, and a small food coma before window shopping in of if the coziest streets in the city.

Best brunch I have had in a while.. or maybe ever. We had the Benedict with pulled pork. The flavours really come together harmoniously; umami perfection. And as our ‘something sweet’ we enjoyed the brioche French toast with whipped coconut. Deliciously honeyed and warming. Of course they had fantastic coffees too, and great service. I highly recommend this place. Book in advance.

For having a memorable Brunch and great coffee, this place will surprise you and win your mind and heart. Although moderate in size, it exhibited massive capabilities behind the wall of the kitchen. Surely, the Chef and his team are doing a great job, which is pretty well overarched to the customers by the person in attendance, who welcomed us and took all our queries with attention and responded satisfactorily; as expected. All of our orders (5 mains) were simply competing each other in terms of greatness, taste and ingredients. Hard to select which one is the best but won’t regret any option. After eating, we continued shopping in number of good quality shops in the same block. I pinned this place on my map for future visits, being the place that will favorably solve your food-puzzle. Thanks to the owner, for the food crafting and to the customer service teams.

Lovely little eatery. Some great options both vegan and non vegan. Reasonably priced which is a nice change for Copenhagen. We ordered French toast, lattes and English breakfast muffin with pulled pork and avocado

This is a must visit breakfast place in Copenhagen. I tried the egg Benedict with mushroom, loaded croissant, magic coffee and hot chocolate. Every item had its unique flavor. If I could I would visit again. One of the best breakfast I had.

Great little brunch spot in the popular Nørrebro district. A short hop on the circular metro to get there. Fantastic coffee and menu. Small inside, lucky it was just myself as people were turned away as it was full. Get there early or book a table. Highly recommend.

Cute little breakfast stop, came for the avocado toast and was NOT disappointed. Had an exquisite flavor topped with a soft boiled egg on top. I also ordered the french toast, which served as a perfect sweet treat at the end. Everything was greatly priced and picture perfect. I would 10/10 recommend!!

A great place for brunch! Excellent, colourful, nutritious and tasty food. Located amidst the streets of JĂŚgersborggade, Twelve Sixteen is a jewel that is not to be missed.

Now I have had some avocado toast on my journeys, but none as refined as this. Such a simple dish made well above my expectations. All of the food was terrific and awesome. It was as if they were cooking only for you. A very nice place to have brunch with coworkers or even your best friend. Reach out of your comfort zone and try something new. Have the staff recommend something and run with it. You are certainly going to be pleasantly surprised and pleased you did.

This is another hidden gem in Copenhagen. This breakfast place is slightly outside of the city center; but definitely worth a visit! They've got some amazing muffins, croissants, salads and Benedict eggs! The place get easily crowded, so make sure to either go early or reserve.

Great food. Pancakes were amazing as was the avocado toast and hollandaise dish with pork. Staff was also very nice and friendly.

Amazing food, coffee, and vibes. Came here a couple hours before my flight out and although it was a detour it was VERY worth it. The avocado toast has such a fun spice twist (not spicy though just flavorful), the iced latte is perfection, and the server and ambiance is just what you need to feel cozy on a gloomy day or alive on a sunny one. Don’t miss out and get the French toast if you’re more than a party of 1!

Incredible! Beautiful, delicious, and delightful brunch adventure - every mouthful. A tasty landscape of flavours and colours. Staff is smiling, warm, and international. Love it❤️

nothing worse than a place saying it has vegan options, which means they just remove the substance and leave you with i half thought out dish... my lactose intolerant partner had very limited choices. For such a small kitchen, it could be more accommodating and creative. eggs benedict with all that sauce and so little bread...weird.

Nice place! Creative food 😋 I didn't like my drink , a bit sour in my opinion

Super nice place. Welcoming and cozy. Perfect place to grab a quick brunch with a friend or a loved one. Small menu, which I always appreciate. Because everything that makes it on the menu is outstanding. The Warm Autumn Salad and the Shakshuka both were recommended by our server. Wow, incredible flavors that I’ve never had before. The salad had mashed beans with grilled veggies, it tasted wonderful and all the flavors came together so nicely. The Shakshuka was also super delicious. More powerful flavors and spices, just delightful to when you eat it with the goat cheese and egg. I’m impressed. Highly recommend.

Very delicious brunch and fast service! I recommend reserving a table as it was fully booked when we arrived! The waiters are very kind and attentive! They didn’t have space for us but they spared a reserved table and with their fast service we managed to leave before the reservation arrived which shows how well organized they are and open to welcome all the costumers! The food was delicious and surprisingly a good size! We ordered juice and they also gave us water which I really appreciate! Definitely an experience to repeat!

Fantastic. We had the shakshuka and French toast and both were brilliant. The Shakshuka is fairly intense - lots of flavour and texture, so only go for it if you like strong flavours, if you do, it's amazing. The French toast was the best thing we've had so far in Copenhagen (day 4!). Staff were quite busy, but really helpful about our allergy and happy to serve us at the table which was lovely. Really top end brunch spot.

In my opinion, one of the best brunches in Copenhagen. The food and drinks are flavorful and creative and still easy and simplistic! we came twice we liked it that much. Loved the whole vibe of the place, the service is super nice and down to earth. It’s located in the super hip neighborhood of Nørrebrø and you won’t find a better place for brunch than this place - it’s 100% worth a visit if you are in Copenhagen. We had the avocado toast, French toast and tea, but looking at the various dishes around us, I would love to try the eggs Benedict and banana bread - what we had was all super delicious and the portions were large and super fair for the price. Would also love to try the the mango lassie, rosemary lemonade and pomegranate lemonade next time, but can’t have it all at once ;)

Almost everything here is vegan. Not worth it, we ate and felt full but nothing was memorable or special. Totally adequate food. Had one of each dish pancake, banana bread, nicoise salad, porridge and zucchini toast. Not one single memorable dish.

My new go-to place for brunch in Nørrebro! You can clearly feel there's conscious choice for the ingredients, and the plates are meticulously prepared, with high care for the details and the presentation. You almost feel guilty when ruining the tidiness of the plate 😁 Portion size was great, above average I'd say. 2 full plates + 1 slider for 2 people were almost challenging. Staff was super kind and helpful. The inside is a bit tiny and tables are small. Definitely not the right place for larger groups. Also it can get loud easily. I'll definitely come back!

Food was amazing ❤️❤️❤️ Friendly waiters, fresh baked croissant are very good. We came at 13:00 on Wednesday and the croissant almost sold out. Highly recommend and love to come again😄

Second time here and it was a little dissatisfied. To start in a good way the filter coffee it’s really good, for 30kr the quality and the taste it’s really good. Also not bitter. Regarding the food it was not the best. The banana bread was totally dried and regarding the egg muffin, even though I liked the pickles, the portion was a little bit small and oily. Anyway I totally recommend the pastry there.

Lovely and cosy brunch place. The food was okay, not as amazing to me personally. They also run out of stock some things so adjustments needed to be made and yeah instead of offering substitution from their own side, we were kind of pushed to take a blame?. Not sure what happened there but something can be improved felt like it.

Amazing breakfast I had here. What a nice dish their shakshouka! Different in the best way possible with a fresh salad with fermented and pickled veggies. The tomato sauce was incredibly tasty. Plus, super nice people. 🙏

This is by far one of the best brunch I’ve had lately. The food is delicious - so many good options in their menu that is almost impossible to choose 1 or 2. The place is small but with many seats, inside and outside. Fresh pressed orange juice is so good. Coffee is of course amazing… this place is a MUST GO if you are in Copenhagen. Don’t miss out!

Best brunch in Copenhagen. The food & drinks are amazing! we came twice we liked it that much. You won’t find better than this place it’s 100% worth a visit if you are in Copenhagen. We had the eggs Benedict but swapped the pork for mushrooms, French toast and banana bread - all super delicious and big portions. We also tried the mango lassie, rosemary lemonade and pomegranate lemonade. The place inside is also really cute located in a really nice street with lots of little shops around.
