Great location of this franchise. Much bigger than you might expect from the outside. Comparable to any of the others I've seen.

We went to change an item, when we bought it they gave it to us without its packaging, they told us that they would only consider it’a value as discounted 50% because of this. When we told them that we never got it with the packaging, they just didn’t believe us.

The return policy sucks. Very unpleasant journey.

The staff is very friendly, the road its located in is very calm, not much traffic. There are also a lot of places around you can visit before/after going in. It’s also a decently sized store, so you will be able to find almost everything they sell.

Using the same main entrance as Lidl, this is a small but useful Jysk branch, and they had what I wanted in stock (outdoor wooden tiling), so - happy customer 👍

My first preference to buy household goods. It has nice collection of duvets, mats towels ,chairs etc. Very close to railway station. Not enough space to bike parking.

Love the nick nacks and pricing. Furniture pieces are also nice.

The store is OK, it has a great variety of items and furniture. I like it, and the design of the things they sell. My complaint is about the vendors and about their website not being updated. I recommend you to always call them to make sure they have the item in stock, even if the website says it is. I came to the store to buy a bookshelf that was apparently in stock, and they told me it wasn’t. It is fine, however the vendor looked annoyed and she told me to look at the website myself - without no smile and without providing any solution.

Buy ur stuff from IKEA to get a better service Very bad customer service and low quality products. I bought a mattress from jysk and when we opened it, it was very soft and uncomfortable. I called the customer service and asked if I can return it and get refund. They said yes. So i bought another matress with the hope i could return the jysk mattress. We took it to the shop and they said they will refund only half the price. The customer service didn't tell it is partially refundable when I called. Now I am sitting with a new extra mattress because of wrong information from customer service which made me buy another one and I should lose money ! And they just say we are sorry. It was my first time buying from jysk and it will be my last. So disappointing!

Dirty and untied place. There many items with do discount always or with a competitive price. My recommendation: first, check the web and your interest, secondly check the quality and options in the real shop.

A good simple store for home products. It's a bit crowded. Jysk offers price guarantee in the form that if the item you buy gets on sale in Jysk within 30 days if your purchase, you can get the difference refunded by bringing your receipt. Helpful staff.

Conveniently located to all types of urban transport, especially trains, which will save time when shopping at this point in Copenhagen. Lovely limitless showroom. And product matching, which can be viewed in advance online.

Bad service. Items are indicated as in stock while they’re not, which happens, no problem with that. Though, the service could be better than “oh actually it says we have it but we don’t have it, just check yourself online in other stores” without a smile.
