my
experience
with
appointment
booked
in
this
hospital.
I
recently
had
an
unfortunate
encounter
with
Manu
Memorial
Hospital,
which
compelled
me
to
share
my
disappointing
experience.
I
had
scheduled
an
appointment
for
a
neurosurgeon
on
Mo
with
a
reconfirmation
on
Tuesday.
However,
upon
arriving
at
the
hospital
with
my
elderly
parents,
we
were
informed
that
the
neurosurgeon
only
conducts
consultations
in
the
morning,
contrary
to
the
evening
appointment
they
had
booked
for
us.
They
further
mentioned
that
the
next
available
appointment
would
be
next
week.
This
situation
was
incredibly
disheartening
and
unacceptable,
considering
that
we
had
diligently
waited
for
two
days
based
on
the
doctor's
availability.
Although
the
hospital
staff
did
arrange
an
appointment
for
us
at
another
hospital
for
the
following
day,
the
loss
we
incurred
in
terms
of
time
and
trust
with
Manu
Memorial
Hospital
cannot
be
overlooked.
We
followed
their
advice
and
patiently
waited
for
two
days,
only
to
face
this
disappointing
outcome.
It
is
truly
disconcerting
that
the
hospital
staff
either
lacks
knowledge
about
the
doctors
and
their
schedules
or,
in
their
haste,
makes
such
glaring
errors.
To
exacerbate
matters,
several
other
patients
at
the
hospital
also
shared
similar
grievances.
They
had
been
coming
to
the
hospital
for
two
days,
with
the
reception
repeatedly
assuring
them
that
the
doctor
would
be
available
"today"
or
"tomorrow."
Unfortunately,
they
had
yet
to
receive
their
consultations.
This
recurring
issue
adds
to
the
overall
dissatisfaction
and
reflects
poorly
on
the
hospital's
efficiency
and
professionalism.
In
conclusion,
my
experience
at
Manu
Memorial
Hospital
was
nothing
short
of
distressing.
The
lack
of
coordination
and
communication,
along
with
the
evident
mismanagement
of
appointments,
highlights
a
disheartening
level
of
ignorance
on
the
part
of
the
hospital
staff.
I
feel
compelled
to
share
this
review
so
that
future
customers
can
be
aware
of
the
potential
challenges
they
might
encounter
when
seeking
medical
care
at
Manu
Memorial
Hospital.
