The most irresponsible management. Buyers and residents are cheated by management in many ways. Project is good, but quality is not there. Interested in selling flats by showing out side view and club house, but inside is a dump yard. Least bothered about facilities to occupied residents.

Hi Team, I purchased the flat on 2016 the flat did not build on time it is supposed to give position 2019 but they did not give on time and they demanded 12L extra to register the flat , when we asked the reason no proper response and very annoying reply from them, so we filed a case on Consumer court after we won the case still they as asking to pay 9L for registration. Don’t buy flat here it’s not good

Bought a house in here few years ago and where they gave us the trust that i will be given at 2019 end or on the first mid of 2020. And now seeing the progress itself i am sure that they are making the best to give it us as soon as possible. And also definitely recommend to go for the showcase house to have much more detail of all the interior, where the interior they are giving is outstanding and modern. Definitely a five star.

The celest is best project in Vizag. It will end in 2025. Best location in Gajuwaka city. In front of NH. Airport is about 7km. Railway station 18 km.

I went to visit celest yesterday, the architecture from outside was really awesome but very poor management and mentainance.It is 16 floor high rise building in gajuwaka.I have asked people who were staying and i recieved very poor feed back from them

Very poor response from the builder….even after collecting 700 crores from the buyers …he managed GVMC…after occupation, GVMC entered into the building removed green park and declared as their property….no parking space….no walking track….buyers totally cheated…..going to court……bigger scam in vizag…..

Name itself is like a brand in Vizag and the ambiance is so pleasant here whereas the house carpet area is very less. Price to the carpet area is a bit high I feel

Presently there are five towers which are open and others are under construction. This gated community has got facilities of swimming pool, gymnasium and movie theatre inside. Security is good and on duty 24X7. Ambience is calm. There are apartments available both for owning and for rent. Rent is on the higher side compared to the regular rent throughout the city. Language barrier may sometimes bother you. Overall verdict- recommended if you’re looking for a higher end good residential complex in and around Gajuwaka.

Newly constructed building but looks a bit old from behind

Amazing place with lot of facilities and also a club with many games and activities. I love celest and also the people living here are very nice and decent.so I give this a 10 star rating.
