I really thank SADHGURU and ADIYOGI for transforming and transcending my life. I am practising Isha Kriya and Surya kriya. I really could not believe myself about the changes. My sleep quota, food consumption ,equanimity and harmonal balance came to a level. I just sleep for 6 hours a day. My parents are amused and even they started doing these practises. I love this place. One of best place I ever visit in my life . Three side of mountain raining most of the time total green area coconut tree nuts tree full of green area and one of best thing is there . It is a waterfall.
