Good but almost same like dmart and Walmart some items are cheaper than dmart and some are more price than dmart. And only difference is some more items are available in metro compared to dmart like electronics meat vegetables etc. Other things are same including quality.

They have lot of billing inconsistencies, particularly in the veg and fruits sections. The display prices and billing prices are different and they rectified only after I identified the issue on my bill after payment and made me wait for 45 mins just to refund Rs.35. The manager is browsing on phone until I raised my voice. Did not expect such customer service from Metro. Check your bills if you are shopping here.

Worst service at metro Mart(visakhapatnam) and the prices are very high compared to other marts and in my life this is the worst customer experience I have faced

Great deals on bulk purchases...neat and organized...billing queues run slow,which is typical of metro stores anywhere.Pretty crowded in the evening.Staff are friendly and efficient.It will be great if number of members from each family are restricted to 1/2 and small buyers had separate billing queues. Must try-Rioba bakery(fresh,yum and cheapest baked goods), whole spices,rotisserie chicken and fresh seafood.

Good, recommended ! You can get most of the household items here, the items range vary a lot. Have enough parking space, it's just been around 2 months, that they had started this outlet. My first impression was, Oh ! This looks like IKEA, isn't it ? Most important thing to remember is, you need a metro card to shop here and the minimum bill must be a thousand rupees. Timings for this outlet is morning 06:00 to 22:00, 365 days an year.

Metro is a bigger wholesale chain, but the products provided in Vizag store are very much limited. Even the responses being received from the representatives are so pathetic. People in and around can likely visit it, but not at all suggested for people coming from the far ends of Visakhapatnam.

The place is soo huge to shop at large scale. Large trolleys are available, lots of parking space, you may need a metro card to enter this place however you cam borrow youe friends card to enter this. A physcial metro card is not necessary you can also carry a digital card. They will use your card to scan it while you pay the bill. The prices are really low (wholesale prices).

We should have a card to enter in it. But "the process to get that card is very very difficult" . We went there two times but no entry due to no card. Card registration is not completed because of Server problem. Moreover there is a talk in public,the products "rates are high" than other some malls. So many people are returning with not buying anything.

I purchased one puma shoes cost is 4000 after discount it's comes 1700 arround in vishakhapatnam madhurwada branch but unfortunately that size is not fitt to me so i want one small size but they don't want to exchange it's very much dissapointed to me

Inside the Mart everything went well the billing , They way they spoke. At the end the way that guy spoke was so terrible arrogant he said us to go upstairs I attached his photo and ask for cardboard sheets which they provide for free ... we went to the mart inside the help desk they took around 30 mins to give us an bags which was worst I felt so sad with my family around me
