Too much waiting at each and every stage. I have been to the hospital 4-5 times for myself and my family. You should be prepared to spend a whole day in the hospital even if it is a small health problem. First u have to wait for 3-4 hrs to visit the doctor. Then for x-ray or any other test, 1-2 hrs. Then again 2-3 hrs waiting to show the reports to the doctor. From morning to evening u will stay in hospital only. They can manage it in a better way. they can tell the waiting time directly or allot a specific slot. But they don't do it. They just say sit and we will call you. The staff at the labs are impolite. Treatment is okay. If u are ok with the long wait, u can visit the hospital.

This Hospital is best in this region ....Really nice place, well maintained, attentive staff, neat rooms , reasonable pricing. I would recommend this hospital for everyone. I admitted my wife for pregnancy and I took my wife home with complete satisfaction with the services given.

I had owed to Keerthi Hospital and never got a chance to show my gratitude in any form and now atleast with this review i can show some gratitude to Keerthi Madam and her Hospital. It was a day in last week of September in 2020 when my wife had her labour pains at 3AM and we rushed to hospital by then it is 4AM and staff called madam to her mobile and at 4AM Keerthi Madam rushed to hospital,she alone droved her scooty all the way from her home at that time.I still can't forget this scene and this made to owe to this hospital. Can you believe it,if you find a Corporate Hospital in a small town of Challapalli.? Initially i couldn't, but after seeing Keerthi Hospital i have left with no option. Yes Keerthi Hospital is no down compared to a multi Corporate hospital in its infrastructure and treatment but this hospital has built with ethics ,values and charity. We have two kids whose birth place is Keerthi Hospital. The care that Keerthi Madam took over my wife is exceptional. The way madam eloborate and explain the things to the patient and others is impeccable. It has been a great pleasure to us, going to hospital for every now and then for regular check ups and Meeting Keerthi Madam and knowing the progress of baby and mother. For our first baby the situation made us to choose this hospital but for our second baby we have planned intentionally. We have had moved our place from Hyderabad to Village(mother in law home) near by Challapalli.Iam not exgragating but iam real. We can clearly see the women empowerment in Hospital by looking at 80% of the female staff.Well maintained and dignified. Staff including nurse calls every patient/other person by their names with addition of garu in the last,as a guy grown in Telangana it sounds great to hear for me always. I accept that even this place has some flaws/cons,but they are quite common elsewhere and pros will dominate cons so not an big deal. I gave birth to my child on 15th Nov 2023 at Keerthi Hospital in Challapalli. Keerthi mam taking great care of every patient. For me it is Normal Delivery. Actually my intestines were on my baby's neck during pregnancy so my family thought my delivery will be C-section. But keerthi mam didn't give up and gave 100% effort to make sure that my labor is Normal Delivery. One thing I want to say is "Keerthi mam have Good Hand"

This is regarding Dr .Raghavendhra Guttikonda ENT, I visited this doctor for the tonsil stone problem, For the same problem I met two doctors earlier For the first time when I got tiny stone,I had mild discomfort and pain, earlier doctor told me to get operated and remove my tonsils, He told me that if i don't get operated,my kidneys will effect , my kids tonsils will also effect, I panicked I consulted another doctor ,he squeezed my tonsils , it was horrible , those are swollen and I couldn't open my mouth for 15days,a terrific experience. He also told me to get operated Finally I met this doctor, he examined me in gentle way , and he told me that no need to get remove my tonsils as i dnt have any discomfort ,swelling , suggested me simple home care, He did not throw any unwanted words simply which panics the patient, kind,cleard all the doubts, An amazing doctor with good knowledge.
