Need more improvement, for groceries we have to go 2nd floor and have to carry all the luggage to ground floor, main drawback. Rest is fine. U won't get all type of brand products, that's also a major drawback, hope it improves more.

Staff always on lunch break, all through the day, less staff, otherwise everything is good..which equals zero wen u make customers stand for so long in queue at the cash counter.
