Very bad staff,specialy counter booking person.i m in at 4am morning confirm ask to next day check out at11am but they will take full day charges from me,very very ride staff always ready to fight with customer,i suggest not to saty there very very bad hotel and staff ,they always try to loot you

Maintenance of rooms is poor... Didn't provide atleast a bath soap unless we asked for, in the morning. Bed sheets and pillow covers were not changed (used ones, by previous customer). Didn't provide sealed mineral bottles( not complementary). Highly over- rated for the service provided as a whole. Charged us 2100/- p.r, p.n... Disappointed.

Prety bad experience no TV in AC room & they are charging Rs.1600/-. Rooms are just ok ok & Room service is reasonably good you will get both north & south Indian dishes.

Not that great rooms and service. The door won't even shut properly. The in room food service is OK , but the cleanliness isn't. But you don't have much of a choice in this area. TV and phone don't work properly. So, if it's just a place you wanna stay for a night, sure. But if you have above average expectations, don't bother.

Very very late service and dirty water

I stayed here for two days in Suite-B. When I took room, there was no amenities like towel, soap etc nothing. Room service is very poor. Landline not working,even after informing no action. Poor lighting. Room is ok but maintenance is poor. Charges for these quality of stay and service is too much (2800/- +). They'll not even change towel for next day as well. I'll recommend not to stay here, With same charges stay in surroundings. Given 1star for room.

After a exhaust long journey we came here for lunch, after that while going our car was stuck in parking, all cars kept in disorder and no car was able to move out, security people are lazy and was not taking care of parking order, while we complian them to take our car out they took one and half hour, staff themselves quarrelling with each other, we stood outside in the sunny climate for one n half, hour, very poor management and bad visit at this place.

Never prefer. Room and toilet are not clean, every 5 mins powercut. No response from hotel.

A great place with great ambience for bar cum restaurant. The most amazing thing I loved about is that they have amazing music system. You can dance with your choice of songs. Staffs are very courteous and polite. The quality of food can be increased a bit. Overall it's a great experience at Ramagundam. You must visit once, if you love dancing along with food and drinks.
