It is no doubt that this place has good ambience, and it's impressive. Pros: 1) This location can be used as venue for business meetings, small family get2gether/events. 2) Food quality is okay. I was not able to taste all the menu list, so I cannot specifically give my opinion about it. In short, it's okay. 3) It has several amenities such as swimming pool, spa etc., Cons: 1) There is no space for child care/feeding room. It's not a major issue, but I wish to suggest that the management of this hotel should consider about the young parents who would visit this venue along with the infants/toddlers for any event. I haven't checked in and stayed here, so I haven't rated about the rooms.

Good ambiance and located on the main road. Buffet and order facilities are available here. On the day of our visit however we opt for order as the dishes available in the buffet were very limited. Corn fritters was good and the cream pasta tasted delicious. Maintenance of the AC can be better as it was really sultry inside as few of the tables doesn’t have the airflow. We enjoyed dining there as it’s one of our frequent places to dine in. Worth visiting .

Worst service at Vivera Swing Bar. Ambience was good. No good brands on beers. Attenders were not trained properly. Absolutely no patience to answer queries. Ill treat the customers. No food menu in bar and if we ask rate of food, attender gets agitated. Not recommended if u need good service. Left the place in 10 minutes.

Went to the restaurant here. We ordered their signature chicken and crab lolipop along with briyani and fried rice. All of them tasted great. Added to the taste of the food this restaurant's ambience was fabulous. Awesome service by the people there. Overall a good experience.

We have stayed here previously many times and come back this time as the service was first class. Service is still first class, special mention to the laundry team particularly Vishnu and Harris from housekeeping who managed to exceed all our expectations. Well done! While the service was good, I have to comment on the slowness at the reception which can be improved. Also the quality of linen in our rooms, bedsheets and towels were all very stained when we first checked in and when we called for housekeeping to replace them he gave us a towel which was far worse than the one we currently had. It looked like a floor mat and not a towel. Cannot imagine how they are trained to give such low quality towel to customers. Next morning we brought our complaints to the housekeeping manager and he resolved the issue immediately. Wonder why the inconsistency in service, perhaps all staff should be trained and retrained so the level of service provided is consistent and of high quality. Thanks

An excellent facility with all amenities Hotel is close to bus stand and commercial area. Spacious room with all amenities. Gym, swimming pool were neat and tidy. Definitely a good place to stay on the main Palani highway in Dindigul. Underground parking of the hotel was a boon. Rooms - large and well lit but linen left a lot to be desired. Towels were rough and over used. No plug points for charging near the bed. Restaurant - airy and bright but nothing else was good. Buffet food served in two occasions were cold. Even after repeated requests the staff did not have the intent to heat food. Would never dine in the hotel again.

Had the most comfortable stay with best hospitality! Perfect for a weekend getaway/escapade. Their complimentary breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise with an extensive list of dishes starting from sherbet,french toast to chicken pops and Masala omelette. Taste was exquisite! Excellent place to stay, clean rooms sumptuous breakfast, friendly staff.. We missed few belongings on checkout and were afraid whether they would be available when we revisit the place hence enquired via phone and the staff assured us that things are safe with them and we can collect anytime we need. They kept their word and handed over them after proper scrutiny. We were so excited good hospitality especially the rooms service guy Jothi who found the stuff.. It was simply great.. Overall our stay was good. Well maintained and rooms are clean. Room service need an improvement. Parking is available. Reception is good. Breakfast is good. If they improve the room service it is better. Many restaurants are near by. Good place to stay in Dindigul

We stayed for three nights, first two nights we were given a family suite in fourth floor. The room was ok but the bathroom was a nightmare, outdated and worn out fixtures, no separation of wet and dry area. Dreaded to use the bathroom. We stated our concerns to the manager who was understanding and ensured he will look in to the issues. After two nights we made another reservation in Vivera suite for one night , the room was really good and bathroom was good with a shower door. Restaurant food was very good and service was great!

Best hotel in Dindugul. Rooms are really good and well maintained. Only thing is they will have chocolates, beer, water bottle kept readily in each room but don't take it unless it is necessary as it is double the cost. Rest the ambience is good.

We booked a family suite, for a overnight stay. This is a old property, rooms and amenities were basic I have to say. Pool was maintained okayish. Breakfast was decent and staff were cordial. The price at which we got this property was not worth it but overall a okay stay for a couple of days.

We usually have all our family functions for less than 250 ppl in this property. The hotel and the halls are maintained very clean and neat. The food that we get here for any function stands in par with any five star rated wedding chef's quality and taste. Highly recommended if you are okay to bear the cost. The bar attached also serves all the brands and the side dish they provide is very fresh. On request, they serve the food in the bar as well. Very courteous employees. Must try!!!

"Vivera Grande" as the name resembles the ambience will be also grand. Rooms are little expensive but worth for money. It has a swimming pool and a bar facility. It's has a recreation room with few indoor games for relaxation. Now and then we will get great discounts /offers, and for bar happy hours daily. If you are looking for comfortable stay then it's a the right choice.

Nice place to stay in the middle of busy Dindigal. I stayed just 1 night. Liked the place. Easy to move in and around the city from here. Liked the South Indian breakfast they have. Vada dosa pongal were all very nice. I didn't like the coffee. From the receptionist to the security guard at the parking were all very nice and friendly.

Top Class Ambience, Best Salad In Town. Biggest Downside is A Huge Lack Of Options. They have like 20 pdd dishes in total and that's it🤷‍♂️ good for dining twice or thrice. That's it. Pretty easy to get fed up after several visits and at times, the delay in service will put you to sleep.

We booked this hotel online for one night as a stopover and had a great experience. Checking in after a tired day's driving, we go to experience a clean and nice room with good lighting and excellent amenities. The location is central and accessible to the rest of the city and the highway. Parking is available (though limited), and the service excellent. The hotel also has a decent swimming pool and fitness centre besides a restaurant, where we enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast the following morning. Overall, a great choice.

I stayed there to attend a wedding in Dindigul. The place is nice. Check-in was efficient, the welcome was good. The service was wanting. The first day, i had to call in twice or more. It did get more efficient on the second day. If there is a desire to get better, the management could focus on improving housekeeping and the kitchen. To be fair, the coffee was good. Worth calling twice to get served.

The hotel's offering and service was excellent. Shanti and harish's room service was outstanding and remarkable. Both of them did a fantastic job cleaning and arranging our room. We stayed in room no. 207.

We booked two rooms and informed them late checking before 3pm. We reached the hotel at 3pm unfortunately the the second room was not ready. We waited for an hour and arranged the room. Very bad management. Property is good and maintained well. But the person who allocate and manage the room is not experienced. It will affect the reputation of a good hotel. Hotel food is good. Restaurant service is bad as they have taken 40 mnts to serve a dish ordered. Bar staff is excellent. Breakfast was very good.

Located by the side of a very busy street in Dindigul town. Has underground parking with security. Was helpful for our motorcycles. Rooms were clean and neat. Staff were helpful. Swimming Pool timing is until 5pm only which is a bummer. The attached bar has an elaborate menu but only very few items are actually available.

Beautiful hotel but the rooms (at least ours) are not clean and the furniture is quite old. Furthermore, the room design (bed base, decoration, bathroom tiles, etc.) is not premium (like the hotel wants to be). Improvement points: - Clean towels! We didn't even have towels and had to ask for some, this is unacceptable! In addition, 1 towel had stains... - Clean curtains. There were big stains (looks like rust stains). - Clean bath mat! We had some kind of dirty brown rag in front of the bathroom. It looked very disgusting. The breakfast was very good, with a large variety of delicious food (Indian and Western style). Improvement points: - Be on time! Although it was supposed to open at 07:00, everything was ready only at 07:10; which is a pain for people who want to travel early. - Have non plastic cups.

Banquet was a great support during the event.They helped even with the stuffs we forgot for meeting. Food especially was top notch. There are other hotels trying to replicate their standard, but coudnt match. Go for them for any events .

A good property managed very poorly. Their amenities are just joke, even you wont get WiFi.. Rooms are all OK, but their room service is horrible and irritating. You cannot expect a coffee less than 30 minutes. you are to wait 45 minutes even for water. It was a bitter experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Had a pleasant stay. Housekeeping service was the best 💯 We had extended our stay for one more day, but unfortunately our room wasn't serviced for day 2 and looked clumsy. When asked the room service, they catered to our needs immediately, right away. Such good people, especially Mrs. Shanthi and Mrs. Sarah. God bless them ✨

It is very nice hotel. I think one of the best in dindigul. The room was spacious nd good with the necessary items kept in the room. Washroom can be a bit more good compared to their room standard. Location is easy to accessible. The complimentary breakfast was also good.

I stayed here for about 15 hours and left this morning. The stay was pleasant, the room was contemporary and nice and housekeeping were very keen to help. Unfortunately I left some valuables in the hotel room in a drawer and realized it a bit late when I was already pretty far from Dindigul. I called the hotel and was connected to Nadhini. She immediately looked for it and kept it safely until I could arrange for a contact to pick it up. Kudos to the honesty and help. Definitely recommend a stay at this lovely hotel.
