So,
the
salon
closes
at
10pm,
they
do
not
take
appointments
and
only
accept
walk
ins.
There
are
two
receptionists
that
i
am
aware
of,
one
of
them
is
great,
but
my
disappointing
interactions
are
with
Flora.
Flora
does
not
seem
to
be
interested
in
attracting
customers,
nor
does
she
have
the
correct
skills
to
be
placed
in
a
customer
service
role.
I
requested
for
a
manicure,
and
to
my
surprise,
Flora
informed
me
that
she
gave
all
the
technicians
a
break
and
they
are
waiting
for
the
driver
to
pick
them
up.
This
was
between
9-9:15pm.
Now
can
someone
please
explain
to
me
if
the
salon
closes
at
10,
how
do
you
give
everyone
in
the
salon
a
break
at
the
same
time?
What
kind
of
managerial
decision
is
this?
Mind
you
there
were
no
customers
at
that
time,
and
again
let
me
re-emphasize
the
salon
closes
at
10
and
they
were
already
waiting
for
the
driver.
Kind
of
shocking.
Looking
at
the
technicians
in
the
salon,
they
were
doing
each
others
nails,
i
did
share
a
picture
“Fleur”,
a
marketing
manager,
who
reached
out
to
me
to
discuss
my
complaint,
i
will
not
be
posting
the
photo
here
due
to
privacy
reasons.
However,
she
did
not
update
me
after
it,
she
just
informed
me
that
they
will
look
internally
into
it,
which
reflects
lack
respect
and
carelessness.
I
did
come
back
to
the
salon,
and
i
will
be
coming
back
for
one
and
only
one
reason
only,
and
that
is
because
of
Salini,
who
is
the
best
eyebrow
technician
out
there
and
i
have
been
dealing
with
her
for
years
before
she
joined
pause
salon.
As
for
pause
salon,
very
disappointing
and
not
up
to
standards
-
there
are
way
better
alternatives
that
make
you
feel
welcome,
put
your
comfort
first,
respect
you,
honor
your
time
and
make
sure
that
all
the
staff
are
properly
trained.
