Beautiful hotel service good too 👌 perfect location

Hotel was very nice. Staff was cordial. Ambience of Cafe was amazing. I only faced one problem. I was given 224 room number which was full packed of smoking smell which made it difficult for us to enjoy the room. House keeping didn't turn up for solving our problem.

Room is finished up with more plastic wall panels. Looks very funky. Service staff should be trained to respect guests.

Wonderful place, stayed over eid and everything was on point. We had a small problem which was solved immediately. The staff are friendly and cheerful. Great value for money.

J y suis reste 2 semaines et je rajoute une semaine demain pour prolonger l experience Le meilleurs hotel rapport qualite/prix aux emirats ------------------------------------------------------------- Good morning, I had a great time in this new hotel, clean, pretty, very good restaurant for teleworking, I was lucky enough to have a room with a sea view as well. The staff is very professional and friendly, the manager checks with each customer that everything is going well. I stayed there for 2 weeks and I'm adding a week tomorrow to extend the experience As a big booking user, I really don t think you ll get to stay in a place with such a good quality at a similare attractive price, just go for it (nobody ask me to write a review, as someone who pay attention to google review online, i m sharing mine here if someone like me is sharing them before booking)

Receptionist Ganesh assisted us very nicely... Mainly room was neat and clean... Our experience in RAK was really great... We enjoyed well Must try Al mehfal Indian food... If you order , they deliver directly to hotel...

we stay in m14 hotel apartments really fabulous and cleaning is 10/10 service 10 /10 view awesome i have suggestion for you guys to given bathtub facility all is great and keep like this only breakfast was awesome 👏 and thanks to everyone and staff was friendly i will highly recommend you to this hotel
