WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Came for a consultation and once agreed with the doctor on the treatment I paid the full amount and had to wait over an hour and a half in a very cold room while the doctor was treating another patient. After informing them that I am no longer interested in having the treatment and want my money refunded they insured me that the doctor will be with me right away. The manager apologized and insisted that I come back again for the treatment since I have mentioned I want my money back. I agreed to come back for a second time since I paid for the treatment but they kept me waiting regardless of the time agreed once I booked the appointment with them. I am no longer interested in any treatment this clinic is providing. Fastest clinic to take your money but will do anything to not refund your money back!

Its less than one stars ,no use to buy any offer from them online , customer services under 0 , and they will let you wait for long time till you fade-up and leave , and just wasting your time , and not give you any service

Bad experience . I booked appointment for ear cleaning at 12:00 and I reached there before 15 minutes then they keep me waiting without informing me , then I kept waiting till 12:30 when I left no body from customer service tried to apologize at least . Also I contacted the same guy who arranged the booking of the appointment in whats app and explained to him what happened , he read the messages and ignore . I don’t know if this center aware how the other medical centers are working .

I always try to be extremely fair when it comes to reviews. Getting to the point this is the worst clinic customer service I have been to. They don’t even deserve one star. The customer service is well below any clinic i ever went to. Iv realized this based on the previous appointment I went. To make sure I don’t get the same experience I’ve called the clinic more than three times confirming that I’m coming to see the doctor. Once I’ve arrived they make you go from one floor to the other. After which you settle on a floor, they make you wait for at least 20 minutes keeping in mind that you already have an appointment. Then the nurse gets you to the room asks why did you come here. Although they have a file for me. When I tell him I have an appointment to see the doctor. He tells me he is not available at the moment. I’m sure this clinic reputation will keep on going down if they continue with this service. Keeping in mind I commuted for at least 35 minutes to see them. A clinic that shows no respect to the patient timings does not deserve the time and money provided by the patient.

After reading the reviews, I was hesitant to get my treatment done here, but I’m glad that I did. They’re all very nice and helpful, and the entire experience was great. I didn’t have to wait for too long ahead of my treatment like the rest of the reviewers.

My feeling tells me that doctors over there are NOT certified I’ve gone for hair prp treatment , unfortunately I extremely regret it !! The worst part is before the 1st session doctor consultation was literally 5 mins only and after that each session was with a different doctor that’s very unprofessional of them and I can’t believe this is an actual clinic ! I felt unsafe and misused by them I don’t recommend anyone to waste their time and money with at this place , even though I still have 3 more session’s left but I’d rather save my scalp from being damaged by their unprofessional doctors

I visited Noor Al Mamzar for a rhinoplasty with Dr Larry, from start to finish the service was amazing, the clinic is clean and modern and the staff cannot do enough to help, the surgeon made recommendations and I went with his advice and am so pleased with the result. The hospital they use for surgery is great and I felt well looked after - from admission to discharge I am currently booking for another procedure Highly recommend and competitive prices

Worst service ever, they know only how to talk and to dress, but they failed to take 1 appointment without delay for 4 times, I regret I started the service with them.
