We a group of 14 members did the tour in Dubai & Abu Dhabi for 6 days under the guidance of City View Tourism. From the very beginning of interaction with our guide Mr. Saleem (as well the Managing Partner of City View Tourism) I got confidence that this team will ensure to give a hassle free and a very comfortable trip to the tourists. The first step was they created a very detailed itenary which helped us in covering all the major spots in a short time frame. Mr. Saleem is in Dubai for 22+ years and his IN and OUT knowledge of UAE helped in chalking out the itenary in a detailed way. The team then helped to book the To & Fro air tickets, Visa, Hotel, tickets for all major spots. Mr. Saleem is readily available in phone even weeks before the trip and clarified all the queries whenever we had. City View tourism entertained all our queries gave very satisfactory and prompt response. Mr. Saleem along with Mr. Jaleel was with the team during the complete trip. Both of them took care of the family members with great respect and care. The hotel they booked was in the heart of city with very easy access to Metro, Bus station and shopping centers. This helped us to meet our friends and family in Dubai after a day's trip. 2 vehicles were provided so that all of us were conveniently seated. Sufficient drinking water was available every time in the vehicles. Mr. Jaleel and Mr. Saleem made sure the baby (1.7 years) with us is also enjoying the trip and made sure if any extra care was required. The members in our team could easily connect with the friends and family in Dubai through Mr. Saleem or Mr. Jaleel. Mr. Saleem also conveyed the hardships faced by population in earlier days and how they reached to current prominent situation. The narration during the trip by Mr. Saleem and Mr. Jaleel helped us to easily connect with tourist spots. This narration helped us in getting more excitement in addition to seeing the tourist spots. Our 14 member team thoroughly enjoyed the trip with great excitement, satisfaction and left Dubai with sorrow that our 6 day trip came to an end very soon. Overall the services was very incredible from the airport pickup until now. The guide who assisted me throughout the journey was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the trip. Awesome company! Very flexible with their transport hours. Great company to book your tour. They gave great connections and were able to get tickets even when the tickets were sold out to the public. They have a network of vehicles and drivers to meet the tourists needs. They kept the adults snd kids in mind when planning the activities.
