Very nice hotel bit some staff from morning till evening on social media in time,of duty

The hotel deserve a 5* due to.. 1- Great hospitality and welcoming.. 2- A professional front desk and assistants. 3- A wide rooms spaces with a competitive prices. 4- The hotel location is just front of the RAK Cornish 😍

Amazing hotel! Great hospitality! Sophia at reception very helpful and guiding, esp for fecilitating us with an executive room overlooking the sea and the mangrove for breathtaking view. Noor the bellboy captain and his team very friendly and accomodating. Ijaz in olivia restaurant very welcoming and helpful. Great place to stay for more than just a night.

Staff very polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast menu was sumptuous. Overall had a good stay at the hotel.Special thanks to Mariam at reception.

Would have given negative stars if possible. The key stars of this hotel are as follows; Discrimination Pathetic status of room and bathroom Zero attention to customer needs Broken fixtures, non operational telephones Even after asking specifically for smoking room, no ash tray provided for all duration of stay Pathetic state of shower and bath room Used tooth brush kept in the dental kit I don’t care if anyone responds or takes note of the above, this hotel is out of my list for good and shall communicate with my colleagues my opinion and recommendations

The room is full of small insects.. and there are electrical problems.. In addition to that, the employees are harassing the girls and I saw one of them calling the police for one of the employees.. The spa has a group of unprofessional night girls and they spend their time in phone calls and laughing, not caring about the customer.. The bathroom smelled Not good, in addition to the bad view. I asked for a room overlooking the sea to find that the sea was just an image from afar, full of weeds.. I will not repeat the experience.

Old hotel with excellent facilities and staff service. The location is superb, walking distance from mangrove beach. Many grocery shops and restaurants are close by. WiFi is the o only drawback, weak and intermittent

I had a wonderful stay at the Mangrove hotel a luxurious resort in Ras Al Khaimah that offers stunning views of the Arabian Gulf. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities and balconies. The food was delicious, especially the steaks, juices and the desserts. The service was friendly and attentive. The resort also had a spa, a pool, and a gym for relaxation and fitness. I would definitely come back to this resort anytime I visit Ras Al Khaimah! It’s one of the best beach resorts in the UAE!

Cockroach in the Kettle, Cockroach in the bathroom, Cockroach in the room and one even came back with us in our bag. Thank God we stayed just for one day. When we called(3 times) the reception for another kettle- they did not get it. Then we called them to at least get a cup of coffee(which we paid for)- they got it!!! Size of the room is quite huge but there is a mucky old smell everywhere. The breakfast was ok.

Had a wonderful time with family and friends and they loved the place Faiz ali helped us around and showed up the place. He was so kind he helped us before he took duty was off very kind of him. Food was awesome , weather was great and made the night look at the pool amazing. Will come back winter time with my family and friends again🎀😇

It was the worst experience in my life the day we check in the room was dirty and the coffee cups was used and no body replaced it with clean cup and the toilet water was not working and the bed was not clean. Its not save for a lady to stay the second night the cleaner man he inter to the room without my promotion and I was not wiring abaya and he left I door open and left. I will never book again in this hotel its waste of money for nothing👍🏼

rooms are with full of dust, i booked the room for 2 night stay with family, but i couldn't sleep even one night properly. as i paid in advance for 2 nights. after one night i left sadly i lost all the money. i will not recommend to any of my known buddies.

It can be counted as good place and easy accessible for the people. Rooms are clean. I felt bit overpriced

The hotel is very overpriced. Nothing is working (wifi is not stable), and the shower is not working at all. The staff are not cooperative at all. There is no parking. The menu in the breakfast is very limited. The environment is not welcoming

Hotel stay was good, bed was comfy, everything went smoothly from check in to check out, parking will be difficult at times, not much choice at breakfast staffs were not refilling the foods, peoples were queuing. Valet parking guys are not cooperative, they just leave you in middle to attend other customers

The hotel is located just adjacent the mesmerising mangroves, with very huge rooms that is suitable most for families. The staff are just as lovely as they are. Easy access to get taxis if you are not driving, we would to share our many thanks to Meriem from Reception, Mingchu from Corner Cafe, Noor from concierge such a fantastic gentleman who knows all the city recommendations. Thank you so much for the great hospitality.

Excellent place to stay best room services and eco-friendly atmostphere.

A very beautiful hotel located at the corniche. We attended the Diwali party. Food and the service was remarkable. Everyone enjoyed celebrating the function.

I have been to mangrove many times.. Hotel is good..ground floor staffs are a amazing..I recently visited mango bar for a change, nice shisha with reasonable price , nice food, nice and quite ambience, songs selection were good but the song played were too loud and I couldn't even hear what my friend sitting next to me was saying and even after telling them to reduce the sound, still they kept loud after a while and this happened thrice which I am unhappy in mango bar.. Also service was very slow in mango bar, language issue, also they couldn't understand what we were ordering. It took 1 hr and above for getting the menu and getting the shisha and for the food took around 2 hours approximately..We always have had a good experience on the ground floor..Mangrove needs to work on the service..

The hotel is quiet aesthetic, the aquarium which been settled on the middle of the lobby just nice! However, the staff was highly friendly

Wonderful cocktails and really pleasant lounge area upstairs. Fab ladies night offer of 3 free cocktails which encouraged us to stay longer. Spread the word as very quiet! Excellent service!

I dont advise this hotel .. poor rooms and old furniture and worst toilets .. and all staff waits to get a tip for doing nothing otherwise they dont guide u

Excellent location opposite to a long public walking area with gardens, playing area, and restaurants. The view is super nice, double view actually. Very clean, hospitable staff, the executive room is well decorated and very cozy.

Good hotel with very comfortable and clean rooms. Outstanding service. Very recommendable if you're visiting Ras Al Khaimah.
