Good comfortable suites. Liked their earlier offer of day pass at Hilton to access the beach.

I had made a booking for 20 guests back in June 2023 for a stay of 2 nights and 3 days for an event on October 20th. Unfortunately, a few members in the group got ill and couldn’t travel to dubai due to that and I had called them exactly 10 days before the date and told about the issue and requested for cancellation. They were ready to cancel the booking, but they said they would not refund the 1000 dirhams deposit that I had initially given them. They mentioned that the deposits are usually non-refundable and Mr. Naseem spoke to the manager and there is nothing they can do about it. If not for the mishap, the event would have gone as planned and sadly they couldn’t understand it, and they told there is a football tournament in Ras Al Khaimah, so all hotels are fully booked and there is no space and hence no refund. Many thanks for this wonderful gesture Update after the reply from the owner : I had never been told that the money would not be refundable. In fact, Mr. Naseem told me to send an email regarding the deposit amount when I had called him to inform about the cancellation, and never in any of my email communications or in my calls to the facility did they mention about the deposit being non-refundable or if they had offered me a special rate with non-refundable deposit. I can post the screenshots of the email here as well. This is not the first time i have been doing group events, and as a matter of fact, never had i paid any deposits anywhere else as well.

Our weekend stay at this Ras al Khaimah hotel was a true gem. A short 10-minute walk took us to the public beach, and the added bonus of private beach access via the Hilton resort right across the street made our beach days effortless. **Service and Hospitality (5/5):** We can't speak highly enough of the staff. Pooja, Darya, and Khalid Hassan at the front desk made our stay exceptional. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care were noticeable from the moment we checked in, and they truly went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. **Room Comfort (5/5):** Our one-bedroom apartment was a spacious retreat. With a fully equipped kitchenette featuring a refrigerator, cooking range, microwave oven, and utensils, it felt like a home away from home. Despite encountering minor maintenance issues, the hotel staff addressed them promptly, and they didn't disrupt our overall comfort. **Dining Experience (4.5/5):** Breakfast offered a choice between continental and Arabic menus, both of which were enjoyable, would have appreciated more options here . However, the real culinary standout was the in-house Masala restaurant. Authentic dishes served with a warm smile made every meal a delight. The added touch of place mat puzzles kept us and our 7 year old equally entertained while we waited for our food. **Amenities and Facilities (4.5/5):** The hotel boasts an in-house pool, fitness center, and spa. While we savored the pool, we didn't have the chance to explore the fitness center and spa during this trip. Nevertheless, we're already looking forward to indulging in these amenities on our next visit. In summary, this hotel provided us with a memorable Ras al Khaimah weekend. Its good location, exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and delightful dining options all contributed to a fantastic experience. We eagerly anticipate our next getaway here!

Liked the rooms and pool. Staffs are very supportive, shops available within 1-2 km, kitchen can be improved with good lighting but all the facility available for cooking, wall painting combinations are good. It would be good to include a complimentary breakfast or a Pizza. Also good to have some more kids activities or rides near the swimming pool. Pub available with good background musics. Beach available near by hotel.

I was expecting a beach veiw as the hotel is categorised as beachfront thou technically its beachfront but the veiw is blocked by a messive bulding except this rest of the things are good

I had been Mughal Suites 4 years back, and after covid i went last week, it is soo amazing and had thr best time like earlier. A peaceful, calm environment. The staffs are soo supportive from greeting till we start. This is a nice place for families to stay. I would personally recommend for family as the kids will have best time. Pool is very clean and neat maintained. Breakfast was cooked and baked a fresh, after a pool bath with amazing cook from chef, it was awesome. Manager and reception( Anthony and Mark) had given us the best support and made to feel our own home Thank you Mughal suites to bring back the memories back and for providing a stay as a home feel. I recommend for families best place to stay at RAK.

It was a pleasant staycation on weekend with family and kids . Enjoyed the service , food in a calm and pleasant atmosphere . Rooms are spacious . Will visit again . Thanks to Mr. Hasan for his great Guest Relationship service . He arranged me food for Sehri early morning . it was a smooth check in and check out .

Experience was very good. The Hotel neat and clean room size also very big i book for the family of 4 Adult and 2 Child with half board room were full 2 BHK size, breakfast choice are less but dinar was awesome with Asian test. all staff very helpful special thanks to Mr. Hassan Khalid he made our trip more comfortable. recommend this place to everyone try this excellent hospitality.

The Crew feels like a family. Always in a good mood. Friendly, helpful, caring and discrete. This is a remarkable advantage compared to a big size Hotel where the guest is just a number. Everybody from reception, house keeping, security, room service to swimmingpool guard is on a high level, thats what I call top Management. Mughal Suites. Excellent hotel with excellent location.located near manar mall ras al khaima,extremely clean & comfortable . The rooms were full 1 bhk size. We booked for half board. The breakfast was a simple choice between continental or arabic and the dinner was absolutely delicious with asisan flavours. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Mr. Hassan,he made our trip more comfortable. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Mr Hassan for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

What we appreciated most about our room was the fully functional kitchen, complete with all basic appliances and kitchen utensils. This was especially useful for anyone traveling on a budget or with kids, as it allowed us to prepare our own meals instead of having to eat out all the time. If you do want to dine out, KFC and Pizza Hut are just a short 10-minute drive away. The public beach is just a quick 3-minute drive from the hotel apartments, but if you want to experience something a bit more luxurious, the nearby Hilton Ras al Khaima Beach Resort is just across the street. Private beach day vouchers are available at the reception for a reasonable price, allowing you to experience the stunning Hilton private beach without breaking the bank. But what really made our stay at Mughal suits Ras al Khaima memorable was the excellent customer service provided by the front of manager, Hassan. He was friendly, accommodating, and always had a smile on his face. He went out of his way to provide us with a nice room with a great view, and was always available to help with any questions or concerns we had. Overall, our stay at Mughal suits Ras al Khaima was an excellent experience. The hotel apartments offer everything you need for a comfortable and affordable stay, and the location is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The area is good and not crowded. Ambiance is homey which is good for family with young kids. Staff are nice and accommodating esp to Mr. Hasan Khalid front office manager. Would definitely come back soon.

Rented a 3 bedroom apartment, clean and room size is acceptable. Kitchen is fine but need to update their cutlery, cooking pots/pans and wares. Customer service is also good, Mr Hassan, his team and cleaning services are commendable. Few minutes away from the beach. Like the vibe of the area; quite and family-kid friendly. Pool timing is not recommended. Opening at 9:00 AM during Summer is very late and closing it at 7:00 PM is very early.

It's very approachable for families, Good room services, choice of break fast, tasty American breakfast. Spacious pool for kids separate area. I like the pub nice to chill and yummy side dish. I appreciate the manager Mr. Hassan and Pooja front office staff they are very down to earth and listenable. Good price and worthy hotel. We enjoyed . Vist for all season.

We visited this hotel on first day of Eid. The staff were very great specially who was on reception that was very approachable,accomodating and the quality sevice, the food what we ate was very delicious, also the rooms was very neat ,clean and comfortable bed. it has a fantastic location for the people that who to visit was very relaxing and you can unwind good. Will recomended this hotel for all persons that who want travel in that place and to my colleague i recommend already keep it up the goodwork❤❤❤Superb

A decent hotel that needs a good redo of its interior. The furniture is worn, curtains are in bad shape and the cabinets are dated and worn. The service on the other hand is top notch.

Not perfectly maintained but value-for-money remains OK for a 3-star hotel. Basement parking available, however the breakfast is not buffet. You can use the Hilton beach for a 35 AED/time voucher (200m walking distance), an organized sandy beach (although the water in the summer is too warm and not so clean due to the shallow depth and the lack of recirculation.

The whole place is clean and sanitized, hand sanitizers are available in the common areas, and the reception area is well-protected but still easy to make transactions. The rooms are spacious and clean, all the essentials were given. Mughal staffs are all very nice, they attended to our requests and went beyond in fact. Shady, the hotel manager, is very approachable and made sure we're well taken care of during our entire stay. We booked a 2-bedroom and a 1-bedroom unit but Shady upgraded us and gave us a 3-bedroom unit so the entire family is together all throughout. It was a lovely weekend indeed! Highly recommended.

Nice experience to visit this place. Staff is very friendly and service is also fast. Swimming pool is good and monitored by safety guards. Kids area can be made more attractive by adding slide and swing. In nutshell great value for money. Food is available in restaurant within facility.

Mughal Suites is nicely located on the beachfront of Ras Al Khaimah.. the public beach is just a walk away. Rooms are spacious and clean.. Kitchen is furnished with the necessary equipments and crockery. The swimming pool is heated, has a jacuzzi and a kid's pool. Common sitting areas are very elegant and gives you a nice feeling around it. Underground parking is available. Very Good choice for a stay away from the city noise and to have some quiet time. Even a gettogether with friends is ideal. I loved the spa. Staffs are very friendly. I would recommend this place for a long stay as well.

Nice and clean place to stay in RAK while you explore and dine in the bigger resorts. Great value for money for sure! Though the mattress are quite hard for my taste.

I made a booking telephonically with this hotel, any company is all about people. In this case Shadi and Dianna were exceptional in every respect. They were 'on the ball' with evrrything. They have an excellent response system, whereby they record all requests and follow up on response. More than this one cannot ask for. I therefore have no doubt that i recomment this hotel any day. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. I have travelled in many parts of the world, it's gonna take a lot to beat this hotel. Shadi and Dianna, you both rock big time👌

Very rude staff (lifeguards) they refused to give us towels. It was a very bad experience. They came into our rooms without asking.

We had an amazing time celebrating my birthday at Mughal Suites. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness made us feel welcomed as soon as we checked in. The highlight of our stay was definitely the enjoyable time we spent in the pool. Special appreciation goes to the accommodating Lifeguard who kindly permitted us to record our annual TikTok dance entry :) I would definitely recommend Mughal Suites to anyone seeking a cozy and unforgettable stay.
