I loved the place because of the hotel staff. Very professional helpful, decent and cheerful. However , you need to know that this isn't exactly a hotel apartment in the UAE definition of hotel apartments; it doesn't have cooker nor washing machine. Happy with my stay and felt home.

Great last minute booking option! I was so bummed when I had my booking at another place cancelled. I found this one and they allowed me to check in and out late at no extra cost. Place has aged but is maintained very well. Very well worth the money. Staff are very courteous and professional! There is parking but the place is a few metres away from the road. Rough patch road to get to it but can go through without problem. I will totally come back here. Very close to the city centre. Highly recommended!

Good place tp be if someone is looking for GRA

The hotel is quite all right to stay in. Of course, it's not five stars and don't expect more. But the rooms are clean, there is a kitchen in each room (without a cooker), water, a kettle and a sink. The bedding is normal, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The air conditioning is noisy in some rooms, but ask the staff and they will help you. By the way, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, always helpful in solving your problems. The location of the hotel is not very good, but trust me, it's not an issue if you have a car or use a taxi. The hotel has no kitchen, no breakfasts but you can always order food delivery through reception, the menu is in every room. I recommend this hotel as I have stayed there many times and when coming to Ras Al Khaimah I choose this particular hotel. The price of the stay is quite affordable considering the quality and service at the hotel.

This hotel is for the budget class and really it is value for money. Room and bathroom are neat & tidy. Bathroom is small and after the shower it takes time to drain the clogged water from the floor. Wifi connectivity was good. Staff were very cooperative. The approach road to hotel is not visible during night drive.

Quaint Hotel away from the hustle & bustle if ras al khaimah. Very competitively priced & very close to the freeways leading to oman the neighbouring country. Excellent packages on long term rates..only downfall is there is no paved road leading to the hotel but only a mud track. So u r polished new car is gonna get all dirty & parking is limited with a few shaded ones & others exposed to sun.

The room is fine, the bathroom is small and has water stagnant when you take shower.but the service of employees are truly exceptional. They are very kind and welcoming.

I'm a new British expat and I have stayed here for just over a month so far. Excellent place in a convenient location close to the malls and the city. The staff have been really helpful and the service has been really good and professional. Definitely would recommend for anyone planning on staying for long, or even just passing through!

Reasonable price, The room were clean and hygienic. Best option for anybody visiting ras al khimah; jabal jais . highly recommended.

Cheap and comfortable place to stay. We booked this place last minute when our other plans got canceled. Arrived 2 am , the guy in the reception welcomed us and he even helped us order food.

Place is good to stay peaceful and quite ,but we suggested to provide blower for female after they got shower ,hoping in our second visit we will find blower in the place where we will going to stay .
