WWII Shelters
Museum
👍👍 Only 2 other people in here with us and it was lovely and cool. You are left to wander around and it is much larger than you expect. Slightly uneven floor and people over 6ft will need to duck occasionally. Well worth a visit and leaving a donation as it is very cheap.

Carmelite Priory
Church
👍👍 Beautiful little Carmelite monastery.
Worth a visit! Entry is free. The interior of the building is beautifully decorated and worth seeing. You can't get in with a stroller because the entrance is too narrow.

Mosta World War II Shelter
Museum
👍👍 Yes, it's rather small, but it's definitely wort a visit and here's why:
1. It's not that expensive. The entry fee is 3€ but there's a combi ticket for the Mosta Rotunda and its inner gallery which includes the WWII shelter and it's only 5€.
2. It's very informative! There are lots of information b...

Malta Aviation Museum

👍👍 Nice little aviation museum. They have a beautiful spitfire and a hurricane and a nice sea hawk. I also really liked the old RAF tanker and an old RAF David Brown tractor. They have a Martin Baker ejection seat in poor condition (I think it’s a mk2 but a bit more info would have been helpful). Ther...

Haġar Qim Park Visitor Centre

The entrance fee is €10 which includes the smallest room of information, a very uninformative 3D cinema which was forgotten the second I left the screening and to enter the tents which...

👍 This tower is still intact and stands in a restaurant/pool in Qawra. This is a small family friendly lido, quieter than its neighbour and is good value for money. Drinks and snacks are reasonably priced.
