It could be great place for staying only if cleaning service will not spray room flor with toilet air refresher. After arrival I recived a room where it was difficult to stay inside, the smell was so strong. I've recived other room, with the same smell but less intense. And today cleaning lady sprayed this awful citron toilet refresher on the flor again. Really very unconfortable. Even my eyes are burning, terrible. But why?

There are 2 sections of Weneda hotel: the older one and the new one. I first saw a room in the old section, and it was OK, but not wow. I subsequently viewed a room in the new section (same price!), and it was WOW across the board. The new section has the most beautiful smell I have ever smelled indoors - a beautiful, mysterious fragrance (perfume, not just "newness") which I have to ask Weneda about. The room was AMAZING, probably the nicest room I have ever stayed in. Proper, solid, international standard, 3-star: the room was really spacious, and the bathroom was nothing sort of lush. I loved that bathroom, I spent hours luxuriating in there. Speaking of luxuriating, there is the spa (included in the price), which is AWESOME: four different saunas, plus a small pool and a massive jacuzzi. I had a geat time in there.

Extremely over rated its pure scam its not worth the value whatsoever stay away if you want to have a peaceful stay

2 Stars for the wellness area and decent rooms. The awful restaurant drop my evaluation drastically the food is near to be disgusting since have a sweet taste in many dishes but most disgusting was the behavior of the waitress that after let us wait 30 minutes for the main dish 10 minutes before the closure when we were about to ask for a simple dessert for sure ready she said we are closed...THEY MAKE YOU FEEL THAT YOU ARE DISTURBING THEM SINCE MOMENT YOU SIT! I saw her later running along the staircase to get out at 10 sharp. Poor people they should be in a grocery instead of hotel. Totally unacceptable.

Very nice hotel, nearby the centre of the city. They have also private parking palces, but now there are small park places as they are building a new complex and they have taken some place. The restaurant is small but cosy, the food was quite good. I didn´t have the breakfast, as the price was quite high. good wireless connection.

Great place for staying for a few nights. The elevator takes you directly to a small SPA zone in the basement. The swimming pool is tiny, but saunas are really nice.

Very polite staff. Nice lobby and bar. Room was much better, in my opinion, than it's claimed standard. Overall I will check availability before booking trying other hotels.

A bit weird service, some stuff like second bathing suit should be asked before it's available. Otherwise everything else is ok. Sauna was nice but only half of premises were working. Food is tasty.

Service and staff was amazing. They were so kind and friendly. General atmosphere was so good in hotel. They have very nice terrace, sauna and restaurant. Morning breakfast was good as well. But I would like to share with you the small problems we face; First we asked them to change our room because the bed was not for two people, they had combined two separate beds for two people to sleep at the same time and it was very uncomfortable for couples. They kindly accepted our request and changed our room, this time the shower system in the bathroom of the room was very uncomfortable. If we wanted to take a shower without filling the bathtub, there was water everywhere, you had to take a shower sitting down. Even then there was water everywhere and I had the most uncomfortable shower experience in my life in this hotel. But if it's not the same bathroom, I would like to stay in this hotel again 😌

Very nice hotel! Super staff, very big and nice room; It’s also included the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna! Breakfast very rich! I really recommended it!

Terrible service. Stayed with friends in the hotel for 1 night (before this time I stayed in this hotel in the summer of 2022), we had a late check-in and I specified until what time check-out, until 11 or 12. I was answered - until 12. In the morning I left our baggage in the room and my friends and I went to the meeting. We returned to the hotel around 11:40 and were in shock. All our baggage were thrown into the corridor from the room! The housekeeper said that at the reception they were given the task of throwing baggage out of the room without any conversation. Just an inadequate situation! The lady at the reception did not respond to my complaints, I barely managed to call the administrator. We were refunded 50% of the cost of accommodation, but this is nothing compared to the situation itself. I am an employee of the tourism sector, I work with different countries, but it's absolutely unbelievable situation! Just a shock. I do not advise anyone to stay here. P.S. I have all the proof that my luggage was in the corridor and I have all the proof of what time I got back. I have no desire to do business with this hotel. Terrible service, lies and just terrible. I do not advise anyone.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Hotel in Englisch bei der Reservierung! Schnelle Antwort! Das Hotel hat eine Top Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar! Sehr netter Empfang und Top Frühstück, auch für Vegetarier viel Auswahl! Der Wellnessbereich ist neu, sauber und echt Top! Leider hatten wir Pech, da wir über Silvester da waren und mache einfach kein Benehmen im Wellnessbereich kennen! Es wurde sehr laute Musik gehört und Alkohol getrunken, dies war nicht so passend für unsere Kinder! Aber den polnischen „Spring- Breaker“ sei es gegönnt! Grins! Es fand auch ein Silvesterball im Hotel statt ( sehr laute Musik bis 3 Uhr morgens) dies wurde uns bei der Buchung leider nicht mitgeteilt und die Übernachtung an Silvester war sogar teurer! Hotel hat auch eine kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage!

Die Zimmer sind sehr sparsam eingerichtet, manche haben einen Schrank, manche aber auch nicht. Leider hatten wir beide Zimmer zur Straße und morgens konnte man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Leider..... Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.... Das Frühstück ist wirklich toll, sehr gute Auswahl und es wird immer frisch nach gereicht.

Sehr schönes Hotel, Centrum nah, Personal freundlich. Zimmer war sauber und sehr neu. Frühstück ist standardmäßig aber frisch und vielfältig. Es gibt auch eine Bar und ein Restaurant. Liegt in ruhiger Lage und Ist sehr zu empfehlen. Parkplätze vorhanden.
