When you plan to go to a new Greek restaurant recommended by Greek friends that have cooked for you for over 40 years, you trust the food will be great. We started with Saganaki (flaming cheese), the Meze platter with hummus so creamy you thought you died and went to heaven, Greek salad and Avgolemono soup (lemon soup). Delicious....every single one. We thought to sample and share a few entrees. So, we ordered the Oven Roasted Chicken, the Lamp Chops and the Mousaka (cheesy baked dish with ground beef and eggplant). They were spiced perfectly and delicious. We finished with Rice Pudding as we were too full for anything more.. It was a great finish. The atmosphere and staff made you feel like you were transported to Greece and having a home-cooked meal with family and reasonably priced too. Wishing Pauly and family much success as this is truly authentic, homemade Greek cuisine to enjoy.

Delicious food! Went for dinner on a Saturday, waitress was very nice. Had the flaming cheese for an appetizer. Ordered the gyro sandwich and platter. Topped off the night with the baklava. Everything was so delicious. Ordered their rice pudding to go. It was good but next time I will warm it up cause I like mine warm vs cold.

This is original Greek food as you would get it on the Mediterranean Sea in Greece. Such a great family atmosphere. Make sure you get a Meze Plate as a starter. The seasoning for all the dinner meals is outstanding!

Amazing authentic Greek restaurant right in downtown Racine. Everything we got was absolutely delicious. Pictured is the Gyro dinner and Meze Platter (large). Tomatoes and cucumbers were fresh, feta was fresh, spreads were fresh, everything. Everyone was also super nice and attentive and it was a wonderful atmosphere to be in. Highly recommend this place if you're in the area! We will definitely be back

First of all, this place is so cute! The vibe is different from other spots downtown Racine. The decor and music adds so much ambiance. It could be great for a date night or with kids. The food was amazing too. I highly recommend. I loved the spicy feta spread on the meze plate. This is a great addition to downtown.

I truly wish I could give this place a better review, however after going there for dinner recently, I simply cannot. I’ve recently moved back from Minnesota and have been taking time to try out new restaurants in Racine. Being a waiter myself, it shocked me that a place like this had poor service. My group waited over an hour to receive our food. While we waited, the waitress came out on three separate occasions to notify my friends that the food they had ordered was out. Also, the waitress hardly checked on us during the 1+ hour wait. As our food was being brought out, we were told that some of the sides were also out and had to choose something different on the spot. As one of my friends was eating their chicken, they found hair in their food. Once we were done eating, we were told that the checks couldn’t be split and that it would have to be paid for together (despite us telling the waitress that the checks were to be split before we began ordering). We ended up waiting a long time for our check and didn’t receive an itemized receipt. It took me going up to the waitress to ask for an itemized receipt and was told that I could not keep it due to not having an additional copy. The food overall was good despite the hair in the food. Again, I truly wish I could’ve left a better review but after my negative experience I cannot. I will not be back which is most unfortunate because I am big fan of Greek food.

A great little place! They have legit Greek music, the proprietor is friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. In the pix, you can see Souvlaki (seasoned chicken and onions in the pita) and Greek salad with gyro meat. I also had a couple of Greek beers. Fix is the lager with a bit more character, Mythos is lighter, kind of like a Greek Pilsener. One suggestion: replace the iceberg lettuce in the salad with something decent, like romaine.

One word... WOW! When you walk in... It smells incredible! The service was fast and super friendly. Everything we ordered was authentic and DELICIOUS! The atmosphere is great. It is a really fun place to go. Not a lot of tables... so I would recommend making reservations... especially on weekends. I highly recommend trying Kouzena 220! You will love it!

The atmosphere, the food, the service! First off Kevin (my server) was a gem. You can really tell he is passionate about this restaurant and is knowledgeable. This place has some of the most on point Greek food I’ve had. A couple things that stood out to me are the potato salad and the chicken rice soup. If you are on the fence about coming here, I’ll decide for you, let’s go!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The food was divine and the drinks were on point. The overall ambience of the restaurant was impeccable, and very much classic decor for a Greek place, BUT the AC was not working or (and I hope this wasn't the case) the kitchen gets hella hot but M-A-N was it sweltering in there. Please get that fixed and I'll be more than happy to update my review. Overall, 8.5/10 - will be back

I think they may have the best gyro in town! Stopped in for lunch and was delighted to see a fully renovated space with tasty food. Service was quick and kind. Food was even better. Highly recommend!

Perfect little dinner place!!! The food was excellent and service was great! The lamb chops were done perfect although I would have liked a few more potatoes. And the flaming cheese was to die for!!

Went late on a Thurs night. It was not crowded, but held a warm & inviting ambiance, with happy conversation floating through the room. Food was fabulous - a real treat, and we will be back for more. The lamb kebob was beautifully seasoned, and the salad dressing fresh and crisp. YUM! Very reasonably priced so it's easy to splurge and taste lots! Go!

Yamas !!! Greek food was FANTASTIC!! Perfectly Greek food. First we started with the meza plate, this included freshly made dips, feta, tomatoes, Cucumber, kalamata olives, lightly toasted pita bread, Tsatziki and Greek salad. Yum, yum and YUM!!! For our main meal we had roast chicken and lamb chops served with a choice of Greek potatoes or rice....it took us back to Greece with every mouthful. It is clear the food is made daily, it is so fresh and tasty. The restaurant ambiance is beautiful, the staff are so friendly and the service is IMPECCABLE. We had a lovely night.

Went on a Saturday night. Main dish, gyro and Greek salad was fine. They had run out of a few main appetizers. Will go back. No liquor license yet. Very clean. Pleasant staff. Parking manageable.

It would be hard to overestimate our joy about the quality and flavor of the food. Hours could be better, but they are starting out in strange times for us all. Onward and upward, we look forward to more great dishes. Best enjoyed at their table! Lamb, spinach pie and more!
