Went kind of late for dinner on a Friday night, but was treated wonderfully. Our server, Mike, was still upbeat and not only was he on top of our service, but we could see him staying busy between check-ins with us and helping out his coworkers. As someone who has worked restaurant work personally, I appreciate seeing this! Our food was wonderful, as always. The grilled chicken was a little over-seasoned, but still delicious and my salmon was on point- every time! Clean, calm atmosphere is welcoming. One of our favorite places to go locally!

Our server, Angela, started us out right being quick and helpful. She picked my drink for me and it was fantastic. We requested a couple specially timed items, and she made sure it was perfect. Our steak was cooked exactly to our request and our server made our day!!! Great atmosphere and service! Best visit ever!!!

Enjoyed our dining experience. Our waitress was very cheerful and efficient. Only downfall were the prices. I feel certain it is due to meat prices but concerned they may never go back to where they were prior to Covid and drop in workforce.

When I read a chain restaurant I am reading it in comparison to other chain restaurants from the same company or its direct competitors. Our service here was very friendly and prompt. The food was well prepared and hot when we got it. I thought the chicken was a little over salted which I find to be typical of some of the chains in this area. The Caesar salad was fresh that's where the vegetables that came with the meal. Sweet potato was very well baked and I thought the ribs were well above average.

Service was good not spectacular . Food was ok good but not great .

Took my mom here for her birthday dinner. Shanna was our waitress and she did an amazing job. Even when one of my sides were missing, she was very prompt about making sure I got the missing side. She made made sure we had full drinks and checked on us throughout the meal, even as she was working the bar. The food was absolutely delicious. My steak practically melted in my mouth, the grilled shrimp was perfectly seasoned, the mushrooms and loaded baked potato were cooked to perfection. And the cheesecake was absolutely divine. It's definitely worth the money.

Clean and relaxing atmosphere, following social distance guidelines. Friendly and helpful staff. BEST Bloomin Onion we have ever had. The rest of our food was also amazing. No complaints!! Will be back!!

Lindsey made The drinks and they were exceptional. The bartenders were knowledgeable and skilled, creating delicious and well-balanced drinks. I particularly enjoyed their signature cocktail, Wallaby Darn which was perfectly crafted and presented beautifully. The food was also impressive, with a variety of small plates and appetizers available. The quality and presentation of the dishes were outstanding, and the flavors were well-balanced and delicious. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure that we had a great time. They were knowledgeable about the drinks and food offered, and provided great recommendations. Overall, I think Outback Parkersburg an excellent choice for anyone looking for a great night out. I am just not a fan of outback. I feel like their steaks are not the same quality as compared to like style restaurants. I really only wrote this review because the server was great. He had excellent customer service and was friendly, and even though the restaurant was packed, he continued to check on us. Job well done. Too bad the steak was not as good as his customer service.

Mike was a great server and very attentive. And I've never seen a harder working busboy than Duane. The food was great and the service even better. Always a good time. I ate my fill and look forward to my next experience. As a former employee it's nice to see a place only get better over time.

The food was great, but the wait foe drinks and food was at least 10 minutes in between asking and receiving. Then we got drinks we didn't ask for. Basically it just took too long and they were not even busy. Order to go.

My mother and I were greeted promptly and pleasantly as soon as we entered the restaurant with our service dog. Our young waiter was friendly,professional, and courteous. We have never dined at Outback and only went because I received a gift card for Christmas. We were so lucky because we found this fantastic restaurant. I asked our waiter to have the manager join us and when Dana arrived at our table we relayed our great experience of food and service. This restaurant is driven by her Leadership - friendly, professional, and fun. Mom and I cannot wait to go back. In just thirty minutes of great service and great food they have earned two proud patrons.

Back in 2017 my husband and I went to dinner at Outback and had what might have been one of the worst experiences. We were seated by the wait station and our waitress complained about having to serve another table stating her opinion about how awful all patrons were. We didn't even order and left. On the way out the door I was physically grabbed by management and told I wasn't allowed to leave until she knew what happened. We never went back. For mother's day this year, my husband and I gave it another try. Our waitress was AMAZING. She was pleasant and quick. The food was done well and we left fully satisfied. It was a total day and night from the previous experience. I have to give their current staff and management for handling a very busy day with smiles and positive attitudes.

Food was really good once we finally received it. It took almost an hour to get our food. Our waitress was great. The only bad parts were the wait for our food when they weren't very busy at all so many empty tables and they were have lighting issues and the lights kept going off and on during the entire visit. They did have an electrician come in about 5 minutes before we left to try and fix the problem.

We had a server named Mike this evening, my guy had 8 tables and still made sure we were well taken care of!! Service with a smile, quick service as well. Awesome place to eat, we will definitely be back in the future.

We made a reservation for 30 on a Friday night and everything was excellent. Kristen was great getting everything organized and Mike our server ran everything so smooth. Food was hot, came out super fast, never waited on a refill. Definitely appreciate all the hard work and great service. Thank you so much!!

We had Mike today as out waiter. We had a party of six, everything came out perfectly timed. He was an excellent server. We will definitely request him from now on.

One of the best dining experiences I have ever had.our food was perfect and our service was on point. Our server Kristen S. never let our drinks get empty and made sure we had everything we needed and checked back with us frequently. She was very social and knowledgeable about the menu. Our steaks were prepared to the correct temperature unlike other area restaurants. Keep up the good work and you will continue to gain our business!

I ordered online and paid with $20 take away bucks or whatever they call it. I got them from my last $125 two meal to go order that was completely messed up. You would think , seeings this form of payment, that someone would double check the entire order. Not so. Again my order was screwed up. Luckily the steak was raw as usual so I was able to re-cook it to medium rare as ordered. But, no salad dressing, as ordered. Would not have mattered because the salad was obviously old and inedible. Wilted brown chunks of lettuce and tomatoes were beyond ripe. Then no sour cream , as ordered. The loaded toppings was a sprinkle of what appears to be recycled cheese??? This meal is terrible and it seems to be the norm at this location. I have pictures if anyone would like to see them. Apparently they don't care. I have wasted my time and money twice in a row. They waste food because it is inedible. I recommend you try somewhere else

We had a reservation so we got right in for dinner. Service was very quick and friendly. Everything was clean. I didn’t take any pictures of our food, but it was cooked perfect and tasted amazing. My husband and I both ordered steak and lobster tail. The lobster was honestly very good! The complimentary bread is always a favorite and never disappoints.

Food and service is terrible. The food they remade looked better but still not good. Server was very forgetful and should be writing stuff down. I am never going back there.

Food was good. Service from our waiter (I think her name was Tia or Toad or something like that) was exemplary.

The food is delicious, the staff are very friendly and good at their job and the prices are great. Highly recommend the ribs. The baked potatoes are amazing as well.

My food there tonight was excellent. My steak was perfectly cooked to medium and the seasoning and mushrooms on top were delicious! The blooming onion we had as an appetizer was amazing as well. I ordered a frozen drink and do wish it had been blended a bit longer because the large ice chunks kept me from being able to drink it with a straw but was still delicious. Our server kept our drinks full and was friendly and inviting. Overall extremely happy with our experience.

Our server, Alyssa, was absolutely amazing. She was very positive and recommended excellent menu items. She elevated our dining experience while remaining super professional.

Martina waited on us and we had the best meal we have ever had at outback! We didn’t have to ask for anything! She showed up with refills or whatever we needed right on time! We will be requesting her any time she is working!!!

As of leaving this establishment I am incredibly unsatisfied. Attempting to receive a properly cooked steak was headache inducing. The first cut of meat I received was of poor quality which shouldn’t have been served. The second steak was severely undercooked. The service was good with all the workers being friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend if you are on the fence of dining at this restaurant. For the price of the food save your money.

There were six in our party today.2:of us arrived before the rest and we were promptly greeted and seated. At the host/hostess station was a board about Isaac one of the servers telling how long he has worked at Outback and what his favorite dishes at Outback were. Coincidentally he was our server. He was very patient with us as we waited for the rest of our group to join us. He was very polite, friendly and personable, always smiling as he attended to every request we made from refills on our beverages and bread, to sauces for our steaks. He appeared to really enjoy his job. We always enjoy the food at Outback but this time, our service was exceptionally excellent! Thank you Outback for the delicious meal and great atmosphere, but most importantly Thank you Isaac for the Wonderful service:)!

Isaac was a fantastic waiter this afternoon. He greeted us with a smile and had the best attitude. He even made sure to read back our order to make sure he had everything right. I'll definitely be coming back and asking for Isaac- the best waiter at Outback!

Izzy was our server and she was professional and personable. She was attentive and very knowledgeable. She talked about the new menu items and kept us up to date on the status of our meal. I hope we get her again next time!

Our waitress was absolutely wonderful but the food was not great. Asked for a well done steak, was served a bloody one. The appetizers were small and the mac n cheese bites were just gross, tasted sweet and hardly had any mac n cheese in them. It was weird. If you don't like spicy foods then you probably shouldn't eat at Outback cause it's all spicy. Plus I'm not a fan of paying over 100$ for just 4 people but that might just be me.

The food was not even close to what was ordered and if it weren't for the waitress being able to keep it together and not loose her temper this would have been a one star visit. $200 bill and had to eat at home because the food was not correct until after the rest of the family was already done eating. Nothing worse than watching everyone eat and getting a steak that's under cooked by 100 degrees. Twice it had to go back. Not the outing I expected. Especially spending half this week's paycheck for a meal with the family. Better luck next time.
