I'm quite tired of this noodles and company. I used to work for a noodles and company myself quite a few years back, i understand the frustration of working food industry from their view point. However, the way mine and my roommates order was handled was NOT how it used to be when I worked for the company. We ordered our food from a grocery store since it was close to this restaurant amd when we had finished we just popped on over. We knew full well the food wouldn't have been finished in that time so we waited. After about 10 min of being there, our app said the food was ready. It was not ready until another 20 minutes after that. Finally we got our food and we went home, when we got home and unpacked everything, an entire entree was missing. My roommate's entire dinner was missing. When I looked at the order slip they attached to our bag, they had not crossed off what they were packing which I know they are supposed to do. You don't pack the order before every item is there and you make sure everything is correct before you bag it. So I tried to call. 3 times. And was hung up on. Each time, the time between the phone ringing getting shorter and shorter with each call until it rang one time before hanging up. So I had to drive all the way back out there to complain. When I arrived and explained the situation to the manager on duty I was rudely told 'well we've been busy and I haven't answered the phone and no one else has either.' When the manager called back to the saute line to make the order they very rudely said 'we already made that.' And it seemed that they were implying we were lying. It is not my fault you clearly bagged the wrong food into the wrong bag. Hence why you should be checking off the bags. We waited yet another 30 minutes for the food and left. Well stick to the east side noodles and company from now on. Don't expect great customer service, you won't get it here.

My mouth is watering as I am writing this review. I love Noodles and Company! Pesto Cavatappi with a double order of Oven-Roasted Meatballs! Mmmm!!! I love this place!

Food was ok/good. I was expecting more because??? Noodles! I like my spaghetti sauce slightly sweet and less thick. The Tai Peanut was a bit dry for me as well. Nice large portions. We ordered to go...

The service here is what made our trip memorable. The staff went above and beyond what was expected and took good care of us. Thank you!

It's a nice enough place. I've had lunch here several times and tried something different each time. The portions are big enough, but nothing I've had was really good.

Mid. Foods not worth the price tbh. Staffs friendly tho and the food comes out fast. Would say the wait time is like mmmmm Panera Bread wait time. In MY opinion, pad Thai and buttered noodles were not worth. I haven’t tried the other ones tho so there is potential and ratings could change when I find something I regularly buy.

Always friendly service and the food is good. Not sure if this location is short-staffed; I wonder because frequently the tables are not wiped down even though the restaurant is not crowded. All the workers who are there are always busy/not just standing around so that makes me think short-staffed. This is still a go-to for me though because everything else is good.

We had the 3-cheese tortelloni pesto with chicken. The flavor was great, but the chicken seemed kind of old. Fantastic service, though! Super friendly staff.

I went to the 118th ave location shortly after 7 p.m. ( tonight) Friday night. Ordered mac n cheese. The only one working in this store was the blonde girl in the back cooking. The other 3 girls where standing by soda machine . Laughing and whispering, on thier phones. Who is running this place tonight? Didn't even get a reciept.

Manager Alile is so awesome here. She doesn't sit around at all. She assist and greets customers, cleans, and bring the food right to you. We need other managers like her

We visited after a long day at the ren faire and noodles was a friendly welcoming atmosphere, as always. The girl working in the front (I'm sorry to forget your name!) was so kind, even though we were the last people in the restaurant before close.

Love the convenience of Noodles, especially ordering thru the app for pick up, but as a vegetarian for 35 years now, I was HORRIFIED to find that a dish marked vegetarian was made with chicken broth! When I asked, there was a lot of hedging and asking if I had allergies, like that they would take seriously, but not my personal ethical life choices. You don't have to lie and deceive me, Noodles, I'm hungry, I'm going to buy something to eat!

I'm from Michigan, and all of our locations are okay, design and service wise, but wow! This place is so high tech, the design is incredible, It was really nice. Definitely recommend

Today was the second time we have visited because it was so delicious the first time. Counter staff is very friendly and helpful. I asked many questions as a first timer. We ordered all the following on those two visits (there were 2 of us): Zucchini bowl, Chicken Veracruz Salad, Buffalo Mac and Cheese, potstickers, Thai Chicken Soup, Spicy Korean Beef, Pesto Cavatappi, and Korean Beef Barbeque meatballs. There was so much flavor! We both tasted everything and it was all delicious. The zucchini was cooked aldente and was delightful. All of the meat was tender and cooked perfecrly. The spicy beef was my son's favorite but I have to say the Korean barbeque meatballs were heavenly! We have had fun tasting. The variety of drinks was excellent. The not so great: the Alfredo was a bit gritty and not smooth and the Mac in the buffalo Mac wasn't a hit. I will go back to taste the rest!

Good food, slow service but not bad just low number of staff but very friendly and patient good quick family friendly eatery

We ordered a few of the gluten-sensitive dishes and loved them. The real winner was the Mac n Cheese because it typically isn't GF.

This was the busiest and most understaffed noodles and company I've been to and the team was handling the stress and pressure like pros. And they had service with a smile! Heather is the definition of what customer services and food service is all about! #GIVE HEATHER A RAISE2022

Consistently disappointed in take out accuracy. I would expect orders to be checked for accuracy before putting out. Shame on me for not checking, but should I have to? Isn't that done when packing the order? Missed an entire entire and pot sticker sauces. Fool me once....

Noodles are made fresh for every meal with excellent flavors. You just can't get it any better than that. Staff very friendly. Restaurant very clean. Great! ❤

Deserve some recognition! Our group of 20 came in unexpected on Aug. 13, 2022. And they served us really well and were extremely kind, despite some confusion with orders. They were getting slammed tonight as well. 2 more large groups came in after us, giving them no break in the action. They paid attention to the quality of the orders and were working as quickly as possible. I hope they get some recognition for the work they did tonight. I would have liked to give them a $15-20 tip but unfortunately don't carry cash on me. I hope the night eventually calmed down for them.

$31 for 3 dishes that I had to order using ny phone while i was in the store because they were short staffed. Thats fine, but then i don't get the normal serving sizes because they are too lazy to do anything more than the bare minimum. This is a rip off.
