Had a delicious strawberry chicken. Our server was very pleasant and had time to check back with us despite being very busy. The restaurant was busy but luckily our table was socially distant from others. As always, the house Long island iced tea was perfect!

Anjelica and manager Ty exceeded my expectations tonight. I ordered curbside to go which I never do and I did order a lot of food. They were very punctual and got my food out right away when I arrived. When I got home I realized that they forgot the two sides of fries I had ordered. Any other night I would’ve not of cared but this is all my two daughters wanted. I then proceeded to call the store and tell them right away about the mistake. They were very apologetic, kind, and quick to solve the issue. Ty asked me if I’d like to return and pick up the fries, and also throw in a couple complementary desserts for my time to come back to the store. I was very pleased with this and I will definitely be returning and doing curbside to go in the future .

Great place for late night appetizers of course. Nick is a great server.

While this is a chain and most of their food is heat n serve- it’s a fun family restaurant that most everyone can find a dish they enjoy. We often end up eating here as a family, the kids are crazy for the wonton tacos (they are delish). My kids get them as a main dish vs the appetizer they’re meant to be. Don’t forget the drinks. They gave a full bar with most any option you want. They currently have a special Shirley temple 🍒. My kids love it. My hubby prefers the burger and beer. I like the Parmesan state with shrimp. I do wish they had a baked potato vs the pre-made mash options, but again it’s more of a heat n serve, very little actual cooking. They offer great salads too. I went through a phase of loving them- maybe I’ve just had too many. They have a nice dessert option to finish off your meal.

Very good service and food. Went there about 1130a, and place was half full. Food and drinks came out at a timely manner. I got the chicken macaroni and cheese... very,very good! I usually get their perfect margaritas, but with kids and it was before noon...

Outstanding service & excellent food! We stopped in mid-week and asked if we could dial it back & pretend today was Veterans Day (which we hadn't been able to do with hubby out of town) ... we're both vets--yay Air Force!! ... and the manager graciously agreed. We loved our meal (strongly suggest the Fiesta Lime Chicken--cheesy goodness!!), the BEST coleslaw (no, really!!), the margarita-mmm, too. Our server was friendly & fabulous. We enjoyed our meal so much!

I like coming here for their deals like late night happy hour or all you can eat boneless wings. The food is just ok so don’t expect anything gourmet. It’s also a chain so this location is not any different from the rest of them. It is usually not too busy though. We’ve never had a wait when eating at this location and service has always been good.

This was the WORST service from a dining establishment I’ve ever seen. You will not see your server more than once or twice. Every single person who worked there avoided eye contact and there was no tablet to call our server or pay our bill. I considered just walking out without paying. This place is a joke to the restaurant industry.

I’ve been to quite a few Applebee’s but this one of the best one I have been to. Very friendly staff - checked in on us at appropriate intervals and was always attentive. Very clean restaurant and restrooms. If you’re hungry and in the neighborhood, go here.

Applebee's is a brand name that very rarely disappoints me. I had kind and attentive staff. Bar drinks took a bit to make it to our table but it was super rush which is completely understandable. My point is when I want a good meal at a good price and I'd like it relatively quickly, Applebee's is a great place to go. I will certainly be back!

Customer service was pretty bad as our server only was concerned about 1 single person in his full section. We were served the wrong drinks (non alcoholic) & it took almost 40 min to get them after being seated. The food was pretty good though.

Food was OK when it finally arrived. It took three tries to get the correct orders. Wait person could not have been less interested in our table. We arrived about 1:15 pm, it wasn't busy, just miserable service.

Pretty disappointed in my recent to go order. Got the bourbon street mushroom and swiss, which is supposed to be "smothered" with mushrooms. You can see from the image that I got 2 total slices of mushroom. Not sure if since it was takeout they could cut some corners or what. Applebees has some decent burgers, this unfortunately was not one of them.

I ordered a steak for my birthday, it was extremely tough, over cooked, and looked/tasted like it was once freezer burnt or reheated meat. For appetizers we had the pretzels and cheese sticks, which were both great! Our server was attentive and my kiddo loved playing on the table top games. Next time I'll leave the steaks to the steak houses and get something else.

We stopped for dinner on our road trip home. The staff was wonderful and moved us to a larger booth as we're a family of 5. Our server Keven was in training and did a fantastic job. Food came out quickly, it was hot and very good.

The restaurant is very clean and well staffed. The whole crew here seemed united and took care of all guests including us very quick and with a smile. Our server - I made a comment to my husband that I haven't had that of an attentive server in a very long time. Tomato basil soup was great. Chicken was grilled great - still very juicy My husband had the prime rib bites with fries and said it was great.

The food was wonderful and we even had an older gentleman as our server, we left a hefty tip as we should for such wonderful service. That man earned his 50$ for a tip! Give him a raise!

The bartender was pretty good she's beautiful she got our orders right she came back to check on her table like four or five times very attentive she did a good job and the food was great

I really love the double crunch wings with the Asian sauce and Bleu cheese. When the price went up to $14.99 I thought that it was rather high, especially when I could get a burger and fries cheaper. But now that the price went up again to $17.99 it's borderline ridiculous and unless I become one of the wealthy I won't be able to indulge any longer. (:-(

New appetizer was amazing food was great but the waiter he was awesome got to say i will be back hope he is our waiter again and a early happy birthday to him its his 21st soon

With few places in Rochester after 10pm, Applebee's is not a tough choice. The food is good. The service is good and compared to another restaurants, they still have reasonable prices.

I'm giving 5 stars for Tracy. She was running circles around all the staff and had a great attitude. Customers were having to come up to the bar because of others servers and even the manager were standing around chatting. We love coming to Applebees, but the newer staff should step it up. Tracy was a trooper - She gets 5 stars.

Host that was working was great! The food was good. The drinks? See photos. Absolutely awful. They are supposed to the red white and blue frozen drink. Ridiculous
