This experience was not one I am a fan of. There was never anyone at the front desk. Our rooms were suitable at least for the two days my friend and I stayed. Our key card never work for our door and when we informed the front desk NUMEROUS times all they did was reconfigure the key card that worked maybe one time. The air conditioning in our room was also sub par, blew mostly warm air. Honestly the only thing good was the location and the house keeping staff.

When we arrived, there was no one at the desk. A phone to pick up only rang the desk and eventually got a voicemail. Waited about ten minutes before someone arrived. The floors in the room were filthy. The shower curtain didn’t reach the floor (handicapped room). Wiped up excess water with bath mat, and it was BLACK! Sheets were threadbare. AC noisy. Right across from breakfast room, and at 5:30 am the person setting up was on their speaker phone loudly with a very shrill voiced woman. The price difference from other places was not worth the hassle.

I stayed on 28-30 July 2023. I was alone. Price was about $40 a night less expensive than nearby hotels. I was in Kenosha for a family event, so I was just looking for a room to sleep/shower, so I chose this hotel. I got there past 4pm, so a cancellation would have cost me a nights rate, plus all other hotels were full. Also, I had thought about cancelling days prior, but that would have cost me $30! Building is extremely old, no elevators! Outside updates seem to be started, but that's only as far as they have gone. Breakfast room small and not kept clean while I was there. Orange juice dispenser was out of service entire time I was there, coffee was a weight time for more to be brewed, coffee was always so weak when done. Pastry and fruit looked like had been set in/out for many days, that was the extent of breakfast. Rooms, again very old, some holes in walls in the room I was in. As for the beds, a good idea, or maybe not, is to look under mattress cover at the condition of the mattress, may be disturbing as I found out on my last morning! If you want to save a few dollars, this is the place, but if you consider a decent breakfast to offset the cost of a better hotel, there is no decision. Go elsewhere!!!

don’t go to them. they WILL scam you. $200 taken out of my account days after i stayed at this hotel. i went in and talked to them about the transactions and i was told the money would be given back to me. woke up the next day to all payments official. 0/10 not recommended. they also have a bunch of druggies that stand outside and/or stay there.

It was a perfect hotel experience. The rooms, linens, cleanliness, parking, accessibility of rolling cart, delicious and very healthy breakfast with a wide variety of food choices (free!) made our stay happy and easy. Everyone working there served our every need with enthusiasm, kindness, and efficiency. And there was a fridge and a microwave oven in our rooms. My sister and I couldn't have been more pleased.

I think the Super 8 in Kenosha/Pleasant Prairie is exactly what it represents online. The prices are very fair for what they offer. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is continental. I was very satisfied with my stay there. The employees, all of them, were very friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. There was a few guests that caused scene but this is not Super 8's fault. They removed the guests immediately. So, all in all, I definitely would stay there again.

Great place to stay! Rooms are clean and updated. Front office staff made it very easy for check-in and check-out. I would definitely stay again!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kenosha.

Cleanliness I would give 4 stars.shower walls need to be wiped down better.and one night we went to the hotel late and the whole building smelled like 6 month old dirty mop water .the next morning smell was gone.i did not like that we got 3 queen size beds (2 rooms ) but the beds were full size not queen.

Stayed 3 nights, nice clean room. Hot water, great water pressure, clean comfortable beds, wifi good, parking lot safe and well lite. Location good, gas station next door with anything you need. Off interstate but quite.... $50 returnable deposit on room damage that was different... I would definitely stay again. I paid $60 a night, well worth it.

Been using this Super 8 off and on for the last decade to go to Bristol Renaissance Faire, and it's a great, cheap option because of the location and friendly staff. The rooms are usually kept pretty clean, but there are definitely bathrooms that could use some updates or overhauls. If your room is overly humid, try running the bathroom fan if you can't open the window.

Each time I stay here, it exceeds expectations. From how clean and neat everything is, to the continental breakfast. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I would chose to stay here over any other hotel in the area.

We stayed there two weeks ago. I paid $104 plus they said a deposit for $50 and it was supposed to come off after a few days. They charged my card for the $50 and never came off. It makes me mad and upset. It never came off my card and its being lied too. Would never stay there ever again. The service was not good. Asked for more toilet paper and the front desk guy said he didn't have keys and then after two hours we got more.
