My husband and I were absolutely thrilled to have a jj on post, so close. We've been there 5 or 6 times since they opened and it's been pretty disappointing, I'm hoping they hit thier stride soon and I'll bump up the rating when it does. I order the Turkey Tom every time because I love it and it's been different every time, hardly any meat or veggies, perfect the next time and this last time the bread was so hard my dog thought someone was knocking on the door when I knocked on it. I stopped ordering an extra pickle because I never get it. Overall, it's pretty decent I just hope there can be some consistency soon.

Definitely not freaky fast. It took an hour to get my sandwich and the store is about a mile away. They also got my order wrong. Asked for wheat and got white, and charged for cheese but no cheese on my sandwich. They need some work for sure. Updated: gave them a second try, locked up this time. Ordered the Turkey Tom, added onions and avocado spread. They charged me extra for the avocado spread and didn't put it on the sandwich. They suck, I won't be back.

This review is based on service alone. Yesterday I ordered for delivery. I am 1/2 of a mile from JJ’s. It took 2 hours to get my order. I understand things get busy. So, today I ordered for pickup before my hour and a half lunch break. When I arrived an hour into lunch I was met with excuses on why my order was incomplete. Now I have been standing at the counter for 30 minutes and my one sandwich order has yet to be complete.

Slooooow. I ordered there and waited about 10 minutes with just two orders ahead of mine. There were 5 people working, but only one seemed engaged in sandwich making.

This is an on post establishment. Management needs to understand the ebb and flow of being a limited resource for migrated Soldiers. Be ready when you're the only option. Food is still great, when they don't run out and take 20 minutes for an order.

Jimmy John's has great sub sandwiches. They are a less customizable than Subway, but their subs taste great and ingredients are always fresh.

What an embarrassment for a sandwich-making establishment. The girl at the register was so quiet I could barely hear what she was saying. I paid and she said a number I think and I didn't hear that. Then as they were making sandwiches, we who ordered found out that they were out of the French style bread and all they had was wheat. How does a sandwich-making business run out of bread?!?!?!? They were super slow and when they made my sandwich, they missed half the ingredients and wrapped it into somewhat like a ball. I will most definitely not be returning to this one ever again. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

This is the best jimmy johns I’ve been to this far. I’ve done delivery several times as well as picked up an order. It’s always fast and the employees are always friendly.

Part of Jimmy John's thing is that they are super fast at making Sandwiches, almost like they are competing to see how fast they can get you your food. At least that has been my experience since 2008. For this location, imagine sitting in a small food court crammed with people waiting for a sandwich. Food still fresh. So slow you'll freaky. Freaky Slow.

Ordered 4 sandwiches and they got one correct. There was also a large piece of plastic in one of them as well. This has been a repeat scenario at this location.
