Undoubtedly the cleanest store/deli you will ever go in. No odors, the floors are spotless, nothing on the shelves are out of place, no dust. The employees are as nice as you could wish for. The deli menu is in a photo. There’s outdoor and indoor seating. I went at a time when it first opened for the day and it wasn’t crowded, usually it is. They have everything you can think of, and a lot of it is handmade. The landscape is beautiful. Please visit them. It’s a lovely ride through the country.

What a great market! Lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, etc. Handmade goods, many varieties of Granola, Jams and jellies - a little bit of everything! Deli sandwiches are HUGE and yummy! Friendly staff, great service. Good selection of mums, pumpkins 🎃 and very reasonable prices.

Lots and lots of great items. From very nice amish furniture to gummy worms. Prices are reasonable and the folks working here are really nice. A little off the beaten path, but well worth the effort.

We LOVE Walker Valley Market! Everyone is super nice and helpful there! Great food and product. We live in Coastal NC but make Walker Valley Market a MUST stop every time we go to visit my wife's family in VA. My mother in NC can not have eggs and Walker Valley Market offers a big selection of noodles that are made without eggs. Also their dried bean selection and picked item selection is huge. Please go see them if you are ever in the area!

Rode up here with a group from NC and stopped for lunch. Got a roast beef sandwich with fries. All I can say is it was amazing. Notice that it has two layers of meat with the fixings in between. Great taste. You'd probably pay 2-3x more for this in a larger city (and probably wouldn't taste as good). Loved the ordering system they have in place - fill out a card with your choices and turn it in then wait for your number (the cards are pre-numbered). I also like eating in this party of the country as these Amish markets always have drink brands I've never heard of so I get to try something new. Definitely recommend making a stop here if you are in the area.

The sandwiches, the snacks, the furniture. All a+ and worth the trip out to this market. The drive to get here is gorgeous pretty much year round. The folks that work here are always friendly and helpful. And we've never had a complaint about the food or goods purchased.

The scenic route to get to this market was breathtaking thru Burke's Garden. A wonderful shopping experience. The staff were very helpful and eager to please. We shopped, ordered ice cream, and enjoyed a cup of coffee, all before checking out. After checking out, we sat in the lounging area to enjoy the Lebanon Bologna, which is very difficult to find. Then we went back in to get another pound of each, regular, and sweet Lebanon Bologna. We will visit again. Thank you to the staff of Walker Valley Market, you win the Local Guides Choice Award. Please like and follow.

Every time I’m in the area I always make sure to stop in here. Big selection of dry goods. There’s the hand dipped ice cream, deli meats and cheeses. Sandwiches you can order with the option of build your own. A great place to take the kids. Highly recommend. If there’s anything negative I have to say it’s that I always spend to much money here 😄
