This place is awesome! The process of application and move in was fairly simple. The maintenance is quick and friendly. Chip and Jeremy are amazing! Lived here for 4 months and I love it so far! Office ladies are super kind too! Thank you 🤎

I don’t recommend these apartments to anyone unless you enjoy living with cockroaches. Management felt as if pest control would handle the issue but the infestation is far beyond a few visits. The building needs to be totally evacuated and de-roached. No wonder why the security deposit is a full months rent because they get all what they can until you realize what a dump the place really is. Hope individuals looking at reviews actually get a chance to see this before they find a way to delete it as to not make themselves look bad. STAY AWAY!

I recently have moved and am looking for new apartments again but the hunt reminded me how nasty reviews can be so I wanted to give props and show my appreciation for this place. I lived here almost 2 years, absolutely loved it. Neighbors were friendly and the staff was always so kind. Maintenance requests were handled fast and timely (I made 5 throughout my 2 years) The pool was never crowded it seemed and the dog park was great. The gym could have been better but honestly the ESPORTA gym is minutes away so I did not mind. I will say I missed having AT&T internet but their new Spectrum contract is not bad at all. Overall, i think this place was one of the safest and nicest places. Very happy with the 2 years I spent here.

So far A+. Alex and Jessica have been fantastic. The community feels like a community and not just a crammed apartment complex with the dog park in the middle and the playground for the little humans. There is plenty of sidewalk space for runners and dog walkers. Our neighbors are quiet and courteous so far (your mileage may vary) Update 11/30. The water/electric isn’t billed directly through aep, rather pioneer energy management. A third party company which charges you ridiculous monthly fees including “$15 billing fees” “$13 common area usage” and “equipment fees” every month according to them. That is the only sore spot of albany landings as of this point.

BIG THANK YOU TO JEREMY FOR GOING OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE I GOT BACK INTO MY HOUSE AFTER MY 3yr old locked us out with the key pad and I didn’t have my keys on me.( he confirmed I lived there first of course) He made sure not only to get me in my house extremely quick, he went above and beyond and made me a new key! Big thanks as always to this maintenance team always taking the extra step for their residents here!

I moved from Albany Landings a little over a year ago but I still live close by and come visit the office weekly. Alex, Jessica and my baby girl Nichole make it feel like my home away from home. I really loved how quiet the area is, good maintenance and I had friendly neighbors.

I've lived here for a good amount of time. I've noticed heard and also recorded things that made me uncomfortable. There is an older maintenance man that is way too involved with the residents. He feels comfortable speaking on personal matters with residents about other people who live in the community. I know the maintenance staff sometimes are sent out to inspect (spy) certain situations if there are any issues or conflicts on the property. Maybe there should be a different approach if one of your maintenance staff cannot remain professional. It needs to be addressed immediately. The rest staff are stellar. It's not the worse place to live but definitely needs a lot of improvement. Also, no one (recorded the same maintenance man doing this) should be opening mail, even if it's been discarded in the trash. Why are you rummaging through it and opening mail? The dumpster breaks weekly. Which means there’s a huge pile of trash always accumulating near the dumpster. They send emails asking the residents to keep their trash in there apartments until it’s fixed. The amount of rats and rodents in the area because of it is disgusting. Can you imaging living next to a pile old garbage? The rent is comparable to the neighboring apartments but the property upkeep is nothing like the surrounding communities. Potholes, dead rats, disgusting pond. The rent does not match the property.

Beautiful property! I was greeted the moment I stepped foot in the office by the manager and felt so welcome! I highly recommend and if I could give more stars I would 🥰

With all of the other options in the area this one should be at the bottom of your list. PM is unreliable at best. They don't use AEP is primary energy they use another company which take advantage of you, both before and after Albany Landings our energy was sub $90-110 (with extensive use) and while our stay here it was $150+ without using it as heavy. Brian is a wonderful human and does great at what he did and Chip is the complete opposite, very nosey and gossipy (if that's a word).

Shannon and Alex were so helpful when I came in to look an apartment and answered all the questions that I had. I will definitely come back and lease with them in the summer!

This is the perfect location! Feels kind of hidden away from the hustle and bustle, but right near everything you need. I wish they had 3 bedrooms, but overall, it’s a great place.

My partner and I were looking for an apartment in the area, and our leasing agent Alex was incredibly helpful! She answered all the questions we had, and offered us lots of useful information. The community is excellent with plenty of amenities, and very affordable for everything included. I 100% recommend that anyone looking for an apartment around this area take a look at Albany Landings! Edit/Update: My partner and I recently moved out of Albany Landings as our living space needs changed. However I wanted to update this review and add that Albany Landings continued to be a wonderful place to live. The move-out process was efficient and quick, and everyone at the Leasing Office was kind and helpful throughout the process. Also while we were there (14 months) the maintenance was phenomenal. They were exceptionally quick and precise with every work order (albeit there weren’t’ too many!). Overall, it was a great experience and I’m incredibly grateful that we found Albany Landings as it was the perfect place for us to begin a new chapter of our lives!

Really enjoy living Albany Landings. Alex, in the office, is always very helpful. The workout room really nice. And thanks to the maintenance technicians Jeremy and Calvin, who were able to address my recent service request the same day. They were professional and friendly and their quick work was much appreciated!

A friend and I recently looked at an apartment in Albany Landings for her upcoming move to the area. Shannon and Alex were both extremely friendly and helpful during our visit. The apartment we viewed was really nice with updated, clean finishes and a modern feel. The in-unit washer and dryer were a huge plus! The clubhouse was nice as well… it had an elegant but still comfortable feel to it and the fitness center was much nicer than others I’ve had in the past. All in all, Albany Landings looks like a beautiful place to live.
