Tonight me and my partner visited. We was sat in the back up the the ramp at a 2 person table.. we sat there over 40 min with no one saying anything to us not even a drink order. I watched 3 waiters constantly continue to walk past us. We was sat down at 4:48. I finally got up and left at 5:36. As we was leaving one of the waiters said have a good night.. I said to her we are leaving not eating anything but bread you have a good night to. This is the second time something happen like this. First time it was a issue with the hostess back in Feb and the manager fixed the issue for me. Im done with this location and honestly the reason why I chose this one is because the quality of food is way better than the upper Arlington location that’s close to definitely done with this location. I know cutting my business with this location is not going to hurt Texas those house. But I can go somewhere else and be happy to give my money because I feel appreciated.

So we went to Texas roadhouse after we finished moving. Brett was SUPER NICE! Sweetest waiter ever! 10/10 recommend! Food was good, drinks were NICE! Happy to know they will be starting the dances back within 60 days! Also, if you get the chance, ask for Dave as your waiter, SUPER beautiful man to look at, even better to watch waking away. However 10/10 hope you make him smile because that's a site to see on it own! Overall, it was an exceptional time! The only thing I wish they would do is STOP COVERING THE TATTOOS! please stop! Seriously though, ask for Brett or Dave! *Not a paid spokes person*

We used to eat here at least once a month, and stopped several years ago because service had dropped off, and the steak quality had dropped off as well. We decided to give it another go, and it was a completely different place. We're checked in online, and had very little wait. The service was great. Our drinks never ran empty. The appetizer came out fast. The salad was there just as we finished that, and just as the salads were done, the main course came out. I had an 8 oz steak dinner medium, and it was cooked perfectly, they didn't even butterfly it. We will definitely be back sooner next time.

Prime rib was good and sides were satisfactory. Under-seasoned according to my liking, although it's understood the reasoning for this standard. Loved the mango margarita..it was perfect!!! Great flavor and not too strong. Fast service and our waitress Trina was prompt in accompanying us. There are no social distancing measures as we were seated across from an occupied table. Overall decent experience.

The Ceasars salad here is always the most amazing Ceasar I've ever eaten anywhere! Their grilled Shrimp is a must have too although I didn't get it this time. This particular visit the Catfish wasn't very good. I've had it quite a bit from there so definitely know what it should be like. The breading was super thick and 1 piece was mostly breading. The waitress and waiter that helped us were very good. My only complaint is I asked for extra ice in my sweet tea and there wasn't very much at all which made it warm. The food came.out quickly even with it being a holiday and crowded which made the visit really nice since we were really hungry!

Our family went there to celebrate my son's birthday it had been awhile since I had been there. I think this quality of food went down but they were very accommodating singing happy birthday to him. And the service wasn't bad

Chris was amazing for our group. The BEST server we've EVER had for a group setting. Everything was right and tasted wonderful. Had a smile the whole time.

Started out well. We had a nice server. I ordered the thick cut NY Strip and it was worse than any steak I have had For years! It took most if the rest of the meal to get a replacement. It was better and should have been the first attempt. I can't believe that the kitchen let it go out ti be served..seriously! The manager did finally decide to adjust the bill fir the mistake. I feel communication here is lacking. I am not saying to not eat there.. but just be wise!!!

Went on a Saturday night when it was fairly busy, we experienced slow service as a result and the food was not worth the wait. Our food took over an hour to be prepared, even the salads. Then when my steak arrived it was just sad. I had asked for it medium rare but what I got was charred, shriveled and obviously overcooked. To make matters worse our waitress did not check in after we got served so there was no opportunity to ask for a replacement.

The service was very was well. Our waitress Dani was sweet. She came to the table multiple time checking to see if we needed anything. She kept me informed on how long it was going to take to receive our food. I like good waitress like that. Keep up the great work. I would come back to her section every time. Thanks

Family and I frequent here a lot! Service is always great and they are exceptionally fast with your food even with how busy it often is. Also, on that note I highly recommend that you download their app for "call ahead" seating.

Sent a message months ago about my order Keri the owner never responded back to my email even though I sent that I was there. Been a customer here for years crazy how they treat you! My order was horrible after several emails a response could of been written back I don't feel like they care avoid customers that have been coming for years. For takeout and pick up I even praise when they do Good. Definitely felt ignored.

If you’re at this location please ask for Nattie!! I haven’t had such an amazing service as she provided in a very long time!! She interacted with the entire family, didn’t forget anything we asked for or needed, and had drinks filled and rolls coming without having to ask beforehand. Her personality was very welcoming and genuine!! Food is always good. But the service today with her was fantastic

Went here to eat on a BUSY Friday evening with a family of 4 and everything went absolutely as smooth as possible. We had a call ahead reservation which was honored within 5 minutes. We were served happily and very professionally by a waitress named Rita, shout out to her! And all of the food came out correct and delicious in a timely manner. Could not be more grateful for the food and service on such a busy Friday night. Good job Texas Roadhouse, thank you.

This place has great food, atmosphere, and service. I go here often. The only issue with this place is the food. It is well prepared, but it relies on butter or fry batter much of the time, making it feel a bit... congestive. I usually get the herb crusted chicken with a side of rice and a side sweet potato. I am lactose intolerant so I cannot eat the bread because of how much it is buttered. I recommend trying this restaurant.

Madison was our server. She told us she was new but we could not tell. She took care of us like she had been doing it a long time. All of our food was really good. Madison checked on us enough to make sure we were ok but not bothersome. So it was a really good experience.

Had a great steak at a very good price with a nice atmosphere. Only waited about 10 min t I be seated. Waitress was very nice. Just an all-around great experience. Always go back for special occasions. This was for my 60th birthday.

This was quite literally the best experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. When we arrived and saw the full parking lot on a Friday night at 8:30 I was surprised but after dining at this location I understand why. The service was incredible, calculated, and efficient. The host stand was organized and did a fantastic job of welcoming me and my friends in. Our server was always one step ahead of our every want and need. I truly felt taken care of. Preemptive refills on drinks, extra rolls, to go box of rolls, and lids for my condiments are just a few of the reasons I will be returning. My friend had a new Diet Coke before she was finished with her old one. If I had a spare $1,000 to tip my server, I would. If I could give 1,000 stars on this Texas Roadhouse review, I would. Not to mention the food was incredible. I was not surprised by the quality of the food, it was why we came. This incredible service took me by surprise. As me and my two friends exited the establishment, we were wished a good night by every staff member we passed. I indeed had a great night.

Food is always good but the service we received from Nattie was absolutely amazing. She was the best server I’ve ever had in my entire life. Every server should aspire to be as great as her. I wanna sit in her section every time I come in!

I went here twice during my stay in Columbus and would’ve went a third time had i of had more time. The first time was with my sister and her boyfriend and the second time with a group of friends. I had the burger and fries both times, they all had steak and each time everyone was pleased with their food. The second night with my group of friends the waitress was absolutely amazing and gave us rolls to go for our hotel. We got a good kick out of it and left the hotel with a few boxes of rolls & cinnamon butter and odd looks but it was so worth it

First off, I absolutely love Texas Roadhouse! I have been several times in the past but my husband has never been. I only have one issue but it’s a big one to us. We ordered our food and specifically informed our server that we DO NOT eat pork of any kind whatsoever. Even reminded her to please make sure no pork is in the mashed potatoes. Well after getting and eating a few small bites of the mashed potatoes my husband noticed something in it. Unfortunately, for us, it was a small piece of pork. We immediately informed our server and she brushed it off trying to say it was a part of the potato skin. I said no, no it’s not and she looked at it again and says well it shouldnt have any meat in it, would you like to order another one? We declined and she says ok, and walks away so fast literally leaving the mashed potatoes with the pork sitting on our table. As we were leaving we asked her if she was going to bring it to the attention of the chef or someone but honestly in my opinion she didn’t seem to really care. Also, she still charged full price and we kinda felt like it was completely brushed off. Although I love this place we will not return to Texas Roadhouse again because food allergies and or food restrictions should be TOP priority at any restaurant but I guess not here.

I’m so mad , very angry. It’s not possible always I ordered my sirloin , I got in rare. I specifically put Well done and again in Instructions at the end , I again put Please the sirloin Well done, no pink thank you . And what I received a rare meat . Why u ask if u are going to do whatever you want.

Upon arriving and waiting far beyond the expected and witnessing several parties of similar size seated prior to us after arriving after us. We had a party of 8 and they expedited us to fit 2 babies and 6 frown folks in a booth with the babies in the isle. A gal in purple hair became argumentative when we told them.this would not be enough room while there was an empty table within eyesight. This should have been common sense and also if a customer tells you that it's not acceptable and then offers you the solution. The couse.should.not be to argue or become combatative. The food was good. Steak was over cooked (when is it not). The service by our actual server was great. It was the seating and lack of sense in creating a trip hazard using our kids to do it which is a huge red flag. Not impressed. With the cost of everything going up. You would think these issues and combative staff would be less of an issue. Back to cooking my own steaks.

This review is for Charity that was working the Drive Through To Go area. She was absolutely kicking but getting Veterans and civilian their meals. She remembered my name after looking at me just once. When you juggling 6 different people, that's really appreciated. Her customer service skills are amazing! Great representation of the company

I have gone with my wife to this location twice in the last month on a Friday or Saturday evening. Once I used online check in and once I did not, but both times we got in and got seated quickly and with great service. The food is always on point and the prices are not any worse than anywhere else nowadays. This restaurant will remain an impromptu date night spot for us - way better than Golden Chopsticks down the road!

Food and service was great. Our server was on top of things and very pleasant. I went off the norm and ordered steak tips with gravy and mashed potatoes. It wasn't what I expected it actually exceeded my expectations in taste and price. I gave 4 stars whereas if one thing had been different it would've been 5. Wtaf is that cheap toilet paper they have? Seriously I never imagined the toilet paper being an issue at a sit down steakhouse, but here we are. I would suggest to bring your own. Seriously! You can't even tear off a single square let alone get enough to properly wipe. It tears off in tiny pieces like confetti. So much so that it is littered all over the back dining area floor looking as though a cat had shredded a roll in part of the dining room from where apparently others had the same issues I did getting a proper piece off, thus people tracking it through the establishment. Please for the love of all that is sane change the toilet paper!!! And I know staff knows what I'm talking about

Good Texas Roadhouse food, what you would expect. Had to send a steak back - the medium was more pink than medium-rare but they did fix it quickly. Second steak was not seasoned as well, though. $5 LIT was good as well. Service was very good! Attentive and quick. Seating was quick as well-we got in the waitlist ahead of time. Recommend - much better than the one near us that closed!

Best NY strip ever! Great waiter, very attentive! I ate alone on Easter and all wait staff was friendly and attentive. Even the salad was delicious! They have the best non-alcoholic lemonade I have had in a long time. This was the second time eating there and it won’t be the last. Love this place!!

Made a call ahead for 7 of us as soon as they opened. Got there at 1, the wait was about 10 minutes and the hostesses kept us updated on our wait time. We were brought to our booth (they have 6 seater booths!!) With bread already on the table. Our server, I think his name was Samuel? Was amazing. Service was quick, food was delicious, staff was courteous. Couldnt ask for better.

Haven't been here in a little while sided to go there after daughter's gymnastics class. Happy to say both kids were good with the meal they both had something to eat off the kids with you and both the parents were good as well. Really liked our server that evening her name was Morgan, best service we've had eating out in a while. Hope to be back again in the near future!

Love their house salad. Mouth, watering steaks that don't need steak sauce. Soft, fluffy rolls with the best soft butter.

Omg ordered appetizer wings was suppose to be Buffalo sauce on them but got boneless wings hot and my ribs combo was not fresh the fries were a little stale. I always come here because it's close to my house.

This was one of the best Texas Roadhouse meals I've had in a while. Bravo! Everything was excellent. I had the 8 oz. filet (medium-well), a cup of chili, a loaded baked potato, and a kicker of shrimp. I took a picture of the potato to try to capture the large size. Tonight was a wonderful experience!

This place was so amazing! There was a little bit of a wait, but that was only because of 4th of July. Our service was fantastic! They were on top of everything. If your a steak lover, come here.

I haven't been to Texas Roadhouse in years because of a bad experience with rude employees but I went on a business meeting and regretted not taking any more pictures other than this one. John r server was amazing knowledgeable and everything and he's only been working there for 2 months surprisingly. The food was fresh, fast and delicious. If you go there ask for John and please tip them good!

Our server Tina was amazing. She went above & beyond. I had surgery a week ago on my hip. I'm in a wheelchair, & was with my Husband & Son. Needing the ladies room, I asked her if she could wheel me there. Without any hesitation, she did. Great service & great food, out with my 2 favorite men. Thank you Tina!

Love this place. Good food, good environment. Employees are very nice & respectful. Come here with my girlfriend at least twice a month. Looking for a date night, try this place out, won’t regret it.

When we get there...we are greeted very sincere! Not but 5 minutes and we were sat at our table. Ordered drinks and starters which came out fast. Meal was superb and server got 100$ cash tip Will definitely be back there

Placed a togo order 30 minutes before closing time. Received my order 5 minutes before they closed. Walked across the parking lot to my vehicle and realized I was missing chili, salad dressing, and an order of french fries. Walked back to restaurant and, you guessed it, doors locked and no one would answer the phone. I must say that I usually have a good experience at this location so I'm not sure who dropped the ball this night.

Although crowded, we called ahead and were able to get a table quickly. Our server Zach was wonderful, very attentive, and did everything to make our visit very pleasurable. The food came pretty quickly, and was delicious. Everyone in our party was satisfied. I myself had the 11oz Sirloin with a Cesar salad and Baked Sweet potato with butter and brown sugar. My steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly, and tender, and the Sweet potato was nice sized and also cooked to perfection. I definitely will make a return visit when I come to Columbus again.

Great, fantastic, the food is so delicious and the staff are very friendly and they know what they doing they serve as you like, the Meat was cooked perfectly and try there sweet mashed potatoes.
