I called the hotline to cancel the appointment, at the beginning I was 3rd, after 50 minutes I was 2nd. This is an exaggeration.

A clinic like in the times of the Polish People's Republic, which my grandmother told me about. Patients are arguing about who comes first, there are registrations for blood donations 😂 and the clinic's registration is terrible. They are very rude to older people and make fun of them. Total anesthesia. Zero organization. I know that a National Health Fund facility will never be as good as a private one, but the clinic on Kijowska Street is one big chaos.

I don't know how I managed to survive there for several years. The staff at this facility should undergo mandatory Nonviolent Communication training because they are frustrated, ostentatious and therefore verbally aggressive. Especially the Nurse - Izabela Dąbrowska! They can humiliate an adult with one comment and two moves. They resent the patients for being there, especially the young ones! And there is always disinformation. Referrals are sometimes on paper, sometimes on the computer, sometimes the laboratory accepts them on one basis, sometimes on another, AND IT'S YOUR FAULT. Sometimes the results are delivered to the doctor, sometimes you have to go back to the reception to print them out, which causes an eternal delay, and at each stage the patient is protected. Communication with the patient is essential. And for mercy... please do a disinfestation.

Great team of physiotherapists. Nice service. Purely. This is my next 'tourus' in this place and I have no intention of changing the place of treatments.

If it was possible to give 0, it would be 0. Outrageous and unpleasant service.

A wonderful cardiologist, Mrs. Agnieszka Jakubiak, a doctor with a friendly attitude towards the patient. Lots of empathy and understanding, inquisitive and smart. I do not spare time for my patients, I try to find the cause, not only treat the effects afterward. I highly recommend it, and for Dr All the best in your further work! ☺️

The doctor is nice, the ladies at the reception are also nice. We'll see how the rehabilitation goes. Edit: Rehabilitation specialists are great!

The rehabilitation clinic gets my 5*. The staff is young, friendly and very professional. Physiotherapists are brilliant in their profession. Within a month of exercises and massage, my condition was 90% cured. Thank you to all physical therapists. In particular, Mr. Wojtek. A grateful patient.

I go to a neurologist, Dr. Dana. Empathetic and competent. I had 2 Doppler tests with no problem. E-mail contact without any problems. The only drawback is the problem with calling to register.

I am encouraged by the attitude of young rehabilitators. Nice, competent and extremely helpful. They don't forgive themselves, but they don't forgive their patients either. Regards❤️

My blood test results were lost, poor work organization and lack of professionalism

The worst clinic in Warsaw. If you don't call, they always do you a favor by answering the phone. You can never get to the doctor. I call to say that the oil is pouring out and Dames from the registration office says that there are worse cases. Their insincerity and lack of empathy is scandalous!!!!!! And this is not individual treatment, this is how they treat everyone and always. So if you get sick, forget about a quick visit, because the next visit will be in a week and the registrar will decide whether you have the right disease. I do not recommend

On February 28, 2024, I visited an ophthalmologist, a Bursa doctor. I write doctor because he does not deserve the title of doctor. From the moment he entered the office, he asked for a referral. I said I didn't have it because I had already given it during the first visit, and then he said he was inviting me with a referral. I felt like garbage. He showed me the direction he wanted and shouted at me, "direction!!!!!!", just like a ticket on a bus. If I didn't care about the examination, I would have left. I felt very humiliated. He should not work, a cancer person should not work with people. Terrible doctor. I am reporting the matter to the patient's rights ombudsman
