Stayed
here
with
my
family
over
Christmas.
Unfortunately,
it
was
a
horrific
stay
for
us.
Took
the
family
here
to
show
them
a
traditional
Polish
Christmas
Eve.
On
the
website
many
attractions
and
amenities
were
promised,
such
as
a
for
Poles
typical
12-course-Christmas-meal,
heated
pool,
an
excursion
with
a
original
Horse
sleigh
and
bonfire,
etc.
On
Christmas
Eve
we
firstly
were
very
unpleasantly
surprised.
We‘ve
received
2
cold
soups
and
fish
with
a
side
of
chickpeas.
No
drinks
other
than
water
and
juice
were
offered.
Guests
had
to
bring
their
own
beverages
if
they
wished
to
have
wine
or
beer
to
dinner.
After
asking
at
the
Hotel
Bar,
whether
we
could
purchase
wine,
they
were
totally
surprised
and
told
that
the
wine
needs
to
be
cooled
first
and
we
could
have
it
in
no
less
than
3h,
which
would
be
well
after
the
Christmas
celebrations.
Together
with
other
guests,
we
tried
to
kindly
make
them
aware
of
this
problem
and
also
raise
our
concern
of
the
food
not
being
sufficient
to
feed
40
guests,
who
have
been
celebrating
together
in
the
dining
room.
Upon
that,
we
were
told
to
leave
because
we
would
not
be
getting
any
more
food
(it
was
before
9pm).
From
that
day
things
went
south.
Pool
was
not
being
operated
during
our
stay.
The
excursion
and
bonfire
was
not
far
from
the
Villa
next
to
a
road,
lacking
a
typical
Mountain
atmosphere,
which
really
makes
Zakopane
and
its
surrounding
area
truly
magical.
My
family
and
I
were
very
disappointed
with
our
stay
and
would
not
suggest
this
place
during
Christmas
time.
To
leave
on
a
positive
note,
though,
the
Hotel
was
clean,
well
decorated
and
warm
but
not
enough
to
justify
a
week
long
stay.
