This is one of the oldest church and monastery in Poland. There are traces that suggest that the pilgrims used to visit this place in the early 11th century. The entire complex is situated at the top of Bald Hill which is surrounded by natural forest. A TV tower is situated nearby. This church is interesting because it has a coffe shop and a souvenir shop inside. It is always frequented by large number of pilgrims.

Place worth to visit and take " thousands pictures" Surely one day l recommend will be Monday or Saturday since turists are less and everyone who will attend will get more room for it's self.The Holy Cross is the oldest cluster in Poland with Convent Obliats. The History speaks, that Brothers Hungarian settled first on top of mountains called Lysica bringing with themself a relics of THE TREE OF HOLY CROSS, which it was passionated kissed by me with kneeling on since I was there with my cousin. Chapel very ornamented with a very bright colores bringing astonishment to the classic paintings performances. Only a good quality of the camera brings a beauty with each who will take it from to his HOME. In the passage there are a lot of INFO displayed about past time. People who are planing to visit this lively God's place should be giuded by orofessional interplater. (hope a Convent should provided) The place is really touching HEART, Confession and Holy Communion complete successfully the CHOSEN BLESSED DAY BEING THERE. May Lord bless Each who visit thst place. Lovely place. You will need cash for everything including the use of the toilet! We were lucky enough to have heard the organ played by the military musicians, that was a plus!

Seems to be dying, hardly any tourists here now, most of the traditional stalls have closed. The cafes are outdated, overpriced and low quality. The building is still very pretty though and the views are amazing
