TERRIBLE SERVICE! They have good products, or at least they seem good which is why I went in... I bought a sandwich which was mislabelled and when I returned to change it after one bite they told me it was not their fault or their problem! I had just bought a whole lot of gifts from there and they couldn't be bothered! What a pity....

Seriously annoyed about this place, I bought a prawn & avocado salad, the avocado was hard like a slice of carrot. I went back to the till a minute later, the first thing they say is "this is not our fault" "this is fresh from today" I'd really like to know who does their customer service training. Great start. They ask for my receipt which I didn't have, but the lady clearly knew I'd just bought it. The manager comes over, she did not speak English, but you don't have to speak the same language to look at your customer in the eye and reassure them that you want to fix their problem. Buying food means you are hungry so really pissing them off even more after your product is so poor - really? I picked up a piece of avocado and bit through it - "carrot texture, see?" Still she turned away and spoke to the lady at the till in polish. I said I just want to take a sandwich and go, that's all. They said they cannit exchange it for me without the receipt. She then picked up the bin and started looking for my receipt - really? Come on! Sort it out later??? Just give me some food so I can go! This is an airport where people are usually in a rush?? Not even one apology, kept saying they need the receipt. I just left after 2 minutes, keep the freaking salad money and the rotten salad. I am not going to stand here as if it's my fault for your product being sub standard. Use the 30 pln to get an online Customer service course for the team. Get well soon

If you are looking for nice products to bring home from Poland, really nice gifts, alcohol, or other Polish foods, such as chocolate and sweets. This is definitely the place to come to. The store is not very huge, but very nice and very elegant. The prices are a little bit higher than other stores, but it is very very nice quality.

This store is great for authentic Polish liquor brands that are hard or impossible to find outside of Poland. It’s not necessarily cheap because they are selling really top quality products, but all of it is cheaper than you’d pay for any of these bottles elsewhere. They also have a lot more than just booze, including some really nice chocolates, pastries, cheeses, etc. A great spot to buy gifts from you trip to Poland.

I bought delicious pierogi there and some energy bars. The list of ingredients in all cases was very natural and healthy, totally worth the price.

Great service, very kind cashier. Excellent baguette with hummus!! Very recommended!

Very interesting, nice shop, I can't understand why someone said rude staff and surprisingly they are foreigners who said that? Staff is always helpful and wide range of products exposed....

They sold me a week old sandwich and refused to compensate. The explanation was "we don't have power" and "sometimes we get sandwiches like that"! I think they relabel old products, because they said also that "the label is from today". I had to throw the sandwich to the bin, because I didn't want to risk food poisoning. Everything inside looked rotten! Avoid this place and eat in one of the cafes or restaurants instead!!!!

I went on 28.8., bought a salad, which after unpacking turned out rotten and brown at the bottom. I returned and... the woman who works there treated me like trash. She didn't speak any English so the cashier girl (who was very nice) had to translate. But as I am Czech I understood a half of the horrible things the woman said about me and well, the rest was obvious from the body language. I have never been treated so rudely in a store and don't understand why swapping a salad is such a problem, when they should in the first place be ashamed they are even selling it. That employee should really think about how her behaviour affects others and perhaps seek a job where she doesn't have to deal with people...

Avoid, never use! Tea ordered had a light brown colour and simply was just brown water, no flavour at all !!!when asked I was refused another tea bag unless I pay 12.90 again. No wonder this cafe is dead empty when others at the airport full

They don't care about servicing clients. Tremendously rude and unpleasant staff. I'm not sure if they speak polish when they have to answer? Haven't heard unfortunately any hallo, thank you, any greatings. What a shame! In such a representative place.
