annoyed
about
this
place,
I
bought
a
prawn
&
avocado
salad,
the
avocado
was
hard
like
a
slice
of
carrot.
I
went
back
to
the
till
a
minute
later,
the
first
thing
they
say
is
"this
is
not
our
fault"
"this
is
fresh
from
today"
I'd
really
like
to
know
who
does
their
customer
service
training.
Great
start.
They
ask
for
my
receipt
which
I
didn't
have,
but
the
lady
clearly
knew
I'd
just
bought
it.
The
manager
comes
over,
she
did
not
speak
English,
but
you
don't
have
to
speak
the
same
language
to
look
at
your
customer
in
the
eye
and
reassure
them
that
you
want
to
fix
their
problem.
Buying
food
means
you
are
hungry
so
really
pissing
them
off
even
more
after
your
product
is
so
poor
-
really?
I
picked
up
a
piece
of
avocado
and
bit
through
it
-
"carrot
texture,
see?"
Still
she
turned
away
and
spoke
to
the
lady
at
the
till
in
polish.
I
said
I
just
want
to
take
a
sandwich
and
go,
that's
all.
They
said
they
cannit
exchange
it
for
me
without
the
receipt.
She
then
picked
up
the
bin
and
started
looking
for
my
receipt
-
really?
Come
on!
Sort
it
out
later???
Just
give
me
some
food
so
I
can
go!
This
is
an
airport
where
people
are
usually
in
a
rush??
Not
even
one
apology,
kept
saying
they
need
the
receipt.
I
just
left
after
2
minutes,
keep
the
freaking
salad
money
and
the
rotten
salad.
I
am
not
going
to
stand
here
as
if
it's
my
fault
for
your
product
being
sub
standard.
Use
