Nice cosy resort with excellent views. Rooms are excellent and you have good amenities. It's a good spread for breakfast. A bit pricey for the other meals/room service but the taste and quantity is good. Excellent for couples who want a quiet get away.

Location was good and the rooms are good. In our two nights stay we faced multiple power failures for 10 - 40 seconds and for the food ordering in the restaurant they waited us for 1.30 hrs, felt very bad as the whole family waited for long time as we were in hunger. Another thing noticed is management skills are laking, few other things can be done better before customer arriving the room, instead of calling them and fixing it.

We all enjoyed the 2 days stay in hill top resort, especially we spend our most time in pools. Staffs are very polite and co operative, rooms were neat and clean. Enjoyed their restaurant breakfast. Overall Sprise gave us memorable days. Thank you for their staff's and management.

Sprise is one of best property in Munnar. We stayed for 3 nights.. the view is Amazing and rooms were very neat and clean. The staff was very co operative and humble along with the manager who was very polite and explained everything so well. Best property!!!

The view from the balcony was wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good but we were a little disappointed in the dinner we ordered from room service. It took a long time to arrive and many of the dishes listed on the menu were not available

We ( my parents and I) stayed in the resort for 3 days and loved the experience. The location is obviously very beautiful, but the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome, comfortable and at home. There were many small things that won our hearts. It was raining on one of the days and we needed to go to the restaurant. The resort does have umbrellas but all were in use. Alina quickly sent us her personal umbrella. The reception staff somehow managed to arrange a bathroom bath stool for my parents to use. The gardener noticed my mother observing one of the many plants keenly and when we were checking out, he gave her a sapling to take back with us. Many thanks to all of you for making our stay comfortable, memorable and special. Shout out to Alina, Thomas, Karthik and the gardener and the manager, Viju. Keep up the good work.

Room and property was clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All types of room have beautiful view from the window. Balconies aren't private but shared between 2 rooms. Special thanks to the manager for arranging the cake. I feel food was little expensive considering there are no restaurants nearby. Make sure to include the meal in the package if you are not planning to go out.

Had a fantastic stay at Sprise Munnar. Fabulous location, great view, beautiful cottages, well maintained property and very helpful and courteous staff. Food was good however service was a bit slow since it was full booked. PS, property is a bit far from munnar city, 30mins-1hour drive. View is that of mountains, not of tea plantations.
