Not all domino's tastes good but this one's pizzas are pretty good. Staffs are very polite. Took bit much time to serve it though. Still a good experience.

Very bad experience each and every time. Last time ordered one month before, received very late delivery and the delivery person is extremely rude. Even the outlets manager is also not assisting properly. Now new experience got last night. Eaten worst pizza of my life. Burnt pizza, not properly baked, very hard so if you eat then definitely you will have upset stomach or even more worst happens to you. Just one suggestion to everyone don't order from this outlet.

I am not a fan of Domino's given that they must reduce standardized pizzas on an industrial scale. I was in Kolkata visiting parents, and they were curious about pizzas, having been bombarded by TV advertisements. Domino's was the only brand they recognised and were comfortable with. We ordered a Chicken Dominator and a Farm Fresh Veg Pizza. The prices are on the higher side given that the pizzas taste nothing usual. I mean, you can taste the added preservatives in the vegetables and the frozen meat which has been thawed to be added as a topping. My parents loved it though. The portions remain good.

Despite repeated requests, it was so difficult to give you a curry bag that you only sent 3 boxes. Despite repeated requests, they did not give carry bag.I didn't see the cheese in the pizza..Totaly See a Mayonnaise.The bread seemed to be smeared with dry crunchy..delivery time is 6:45 & delivered 6:52, it's ok bt pizza is cold.. waste of money. Very Bad Experience..

This Malancha Branch is so worst in their service, they get out of foods & still take orders then ask customers to order something else or the money will be will not be refunded in cash but in dominose wallet! I mean ordering for 1000₹ then you have to take the money in wallet! Why the heck they don't communicate with the other stuff members who are taking the orders!? Very very bad staff management.

I recently visited the Dominoz store and was met with quite an unpleasant experience. The store's atmosphere was uncomfortable due to the heat and humidity; it appeared that the fans and air conditioning were not operational, and this issue persists every time I visit. Despite numerous requests, the staff seems to neglect the importance of a cool and comfortable environment for the customers. The wait time for food was excessively long, making it clear why most customers would prefer delivery over dining in. Another significant oversight was the lack of drinking water available for customers, which was visibly absent from the premises. the lack of drinking water forced me to leave the premises and seek hydration elsewhere, which is a considerable inconvenience, especially when one expects basic amenities like water to be readily available in a dining establishment. This necessity to step out of the store just to drink water significantly disrupted the dining experience. Lastly, the washroom facilities were in an unacceptable condition as they emitted a foul odor. These conditions demonstrate a disregard for customer comfort and satisfaction that needs immediate attention.

I don't know what's wrong with Domino's.. They have discontinued so many of the popular/best-selling veg pizza's 🍕 from their already so limited menu n have introduced a few other which are horrible.. They definitely need to work on their offerings else they will see a big decline in their sales. Pls improve both the quality n variety

This Outlet Is Not Serving proper Cooked and Stuffed Food. You Can See the Quality of Garlic Bread and Pizza paratha in Shared pic. Too Less paneer and cheese stuffed in Pizza paratha. Garlic Bread is not properly cooked, it's hard not Soft, no taste of Garlic, using oil instead of Butter. Totally Dissatisfied with this Outlet. This is my last order.
