I worked here for like 6 months for Makemytrip chat process and I was fed up of Subhabrata Saha (SME)And Shritama Mahanti (Manager) both were useless never came up to help only had big talks and lectures...they used to act like they we helpful but in reality they were a bunch of idiots....19 of us got selected believe me it was not even 6 months and 10 of us already left....we never hated the company we hated our managers and SME's.There were some good and helpful HR's Lawrence is one of them.I enjoyed my inductions when lawrence sir was there.

I have been working in CNX since 3years and it's getting ramped down so ,I have some queries regarding resignation and when I went to Hr so called Barnali she doesn't give proper information and she is not willing to help you out and very formal,feels like she is ignoring her employees ,so whenever CNX people get any issues or queries please don't go to her .she will not give you proper guidance...but CNX is good to work,and I am again planning to work with CNX. Thanks.

They have so many questions for you They dont need skilled employee They want donkey's who will speak as per there requirements

What an as$ hole company if you go for the interview for Zomato wfh or ola international process they will definitely reject you in second or fouth round our team was thirty people and they were all get rejected in some round do something else don't go for the interview or join this company 🤬🤬 you will regret... First of all there is so much of perciality in Concentrix.. The Trainers, Team leaders don't know how to behave properly with girls.. And The Management Hr Department is a total mess..non cooperative, non efficient.. The only thing that I found good there is that the salary was always on time

I am not an employee here. I have attended interview here. The manager's talking tone is intolarable. He has no idea how to talk with people. Your managers should be do any training about ethics and behaviour. Wasted my one day here.

Company is very good. But Mr shaqib HR is very bad, he doesn't know how to talk with the candidates.. I don't want to see her face again.. attitude problem..so plz throw him out or he will not keep the reputation of the company...

Actually its a clients facility.Being a Relliance Jio Infocomm limited owned customer care center only jio process runs here. A good place with all kinds of facilities provided by the concentrix I must say its a place to work at.

I have started my career with concentrix and had been working for more than 1 and half year. It was really my pleasure to be a part of the concentrix family as it was the organisation where I started. There were couple of things I found good such as they provide salary on time, they provide good salary to the Freshers other than that their HR management were worst, not helpful to everyone. There were some managers as well as team leaders don't know how to behave with the team members.

Does Not deserve a single star. Had gone for test. Here the test they have given is so dam strict that its so dam to clear the rounds. 1. Typing test 30 wpm & above or else ur not eligible for second round. 2. Written test, u need to write 200 words of an essay they will provide. 3. English test, it'll be advanced English test, not for ppl who have even know good english vocabulary and then the maths. The test they provide is like your sitting for an IELTS exams & that too for a domestic BPO. (JIO) Finally, whether ur selected or not, they'll make u wait for 4 to 6 hours then they'll say whether u have cleared or not. its so dam poor this company is.

I have been part of this organisation from the beginning of 2019 to 2022 as this is my first company I am staying 31 months but I can assure you the management is worse more then you can even imagine. Don’t waste your precious time here. Even after working 31 months they are not giving me the proper salary.
