We shifted from Hyderabad to Jamshedpur our hometown during lockdown, we got our first baby through IUI 6 year ago and it was merely a coincidence that Dr Sarbjaya treated us in Oasis Hyderbad and my wife conceived in first attempt despite having PCOS. We started planning again during lockdown and having Oasis center in our own state that too run by Dr Sarbjaya brought us both happiness and confidence at the same time. My feedback is only and only dedicated to Dr Sarbjaya because of whom now we believe this brand called Oasis fertility, everything else doesnt matters, what matters is the result and the experience we had during this entire procedure by Dr. Sarbjaya.

I had frozen my eggs with Dr Sarbjaya last year at Oasis fertility, Ranchi. She collected 13 Oocytes out of which 11 were mature and frozen. When Dr. Sarbjaya moved on from Oasis fertility, I decided to ship my oocytes to where she is currently practising in Ranchi. As she is my doctor and I trust her with any further treatments that i might need. I filled in my forms & affidavit to allow the transfer of my Oocytes & then got to know from the “ART manager” at Oasis, Mr Shanta Kumar, that they can ship only 7 of my Oocytes and will discard the other 4 oocytes as per ART law. It so shocking that someone who is designated as an ART manager for a chain of clinics doesn’t know the ART law himself or the casual approach towards discarding a patients property without informing them! There is no such cut off for no. of oocytes for patients and I know this as I have read the law myself. It is the patients property and I have paid for it. It’s so sad to see the situation of these chains as they hire people without proper qualifications & give them fancy designations, while completely lacking empathy or responsibility towards a past/current patients wellbeing. When I went there to see the doctor at 4 pm (on 5/8) they told me the doctor had left 2 hours back! I need it in written from Oasis fertility that they will discard my 4 oocytes without my permission so that I can use it to sue them in court.

We got married on dated 09/07/2008. After passing two years we started talking about our future generations because normal conceive has not to be yet. After that we went away Patna for IVF treatment in Srijjan Fertility which is run by Dr Himanshu Roy where our result couldn't be occurred .After that we went to Indira IVF Head office Udaipur, Rajasthan where Dr return us by advising that the condition of the uterus is not good as well as right side lungs has been collapse by tuberculosis. After that we came to Ranchi seeds of innocence for the same treatment where Dr Dipen prajapati sent us for uterus operation to the Aushman Hospital Kanke Ranchi which is run by Dr Alka Jaiswal operated by making team of ten Doctor inspite of that we couldn't get a Baby . In the seeds of innocence ,two attempts of IVF have been done successfully but result became negative. Finally,we consulted Dr Shruti Singh who is the Center Head of Oasis where first attempt gave us result which could not be given us by others Center of IVF.
