Staffs are very well mannered and friendly. They offer free servicing every time. Wide collection of frames and lenses. Also they provide free eye test and prescibe power which is very accurate. Highly satisfied.

Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest rating that i can give to this particular store. I had already bought sunglasses from this store previously and it was good previously. But i think the supervisor of this store has changed recently and the new guy has no manners attending the customers. LENSKART SHOULD ATLEAST IMPART TRAINING REGARDING ETIQUETTES OF THE ATTENDING STAFF.

Visited for service/cleaning the frame they said my glass is little complex to clean by them so it needs to be sent to the service centre, after a few days keeping the frame they said it's cleaned when I went to recieve it's looks like they didn't even sent it to the server centre just cleaned by themselves a little and the worst part is they even make a scratch on my glass.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly staff. We are really happy with the wide range of frames, quality of product and above all, an appreciable service. Recommended totally.

Worst staff behaviour recieved...after having gold memership for two years and ordering glasses worth rs 7,828 in two years you dont deserve that kind of treatment from the staffs...been there for an eye checkup...the staffs were busy attending other customers for nearly half an hour...didn't even bother to inform that it will take time...will never ever visit the store again...earlier it was not like that...

The most worthless, inefficient, unhelpful, outdated specs store I've ever seen in my life. No one is willing to even make a sale they are too busy scrolling on their tablets. Representatives are just there to take their month end salary. Unhelpful staff and worthless stock. The company is just running on online sales and that too is tricky if you don't read the return disclaimer. Don't go over the name and visit the store ever, I feel like the metropolitan stores might be a little different but that too a mystery.

I have given five stars only for the quality of the frames and the lenses But if you are going for offline shopping in lenskart be very careful of their marketing strategy. They will ask you for add-ons which will add up to a large amount in your bill So choose the very basic lens there is almost 0.001% of difference with their add-ons. After all it's their business and your money

The people in the store are very kind and helpful, store manager personally came to deliver our products since it was an emergency delivery. Prices are high but well quality is at par with the service, Should be given a try!

First they were to me but. I bought one spectacle and two sunglasses when it was time to get delivery they didn't bother to inform. They called me 2 times on same day that both products are ready to deliver but when my sister got there they just handed over the sunglasses not that spectacle informing my sister that spectacles are not ready yet. After 2weeks I called them they told me that that was ready to deliver on that particular date and they called me and I didn't response. Then I told them that my sister was there on that day. Then they are like sorry there is a mistake we didn't check. And that is horrible experience.

The overall experience is moderately well. The range of spectacles, particularly at the kids section, should have better than the what it is currently. Also, the representative should conspicuously explain different cost headings in the final bill.

The most terrible expeience ever in Lenskart 1. Poor communication flow 2. Unresponsive store agents 3. Lack of ownership 4. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL I was supposed to recieve updates for a product which required certain alterations and was handed over to the team back on 22 Sep. Since then its been 4 weeks and it was only the customer who was following up every single time. Upon calling the agent they say that he is on leave and thus not unable to update over the process status. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE EARLIEST 20-Oct Upon finally recieving my prodct after 5 weeks of delay, i find the specs that i had requested for werent delivered at all. Just the same state is returned for which they took 5 weeks. Calling up the strore manager and telling him the issues he simply gave a deaf ear to the problem.. THIS IS THE CONDITON WITH SUCH STORES these day.. SIMPLY TERRIBLE..SHAME ON YOU GUYS-
