One star because there is no options for zero star ,Very very poor service .

Best bank of Chandannagar. The staffs are good and the best staff is probably Mrs Gayatri Mukherjee. She is very cooperative and friendly. The overall bank service is very fast and upto the chart expectations. The ATM is also the best in Chandannagar. They are never short of money and also provide 100/200 notes.

As a bank they are one of the best with beautiful net banking interface. Staff of the bank here are not so friendly.

New staffs are little bit unfriendly except the manager otherwise overall service is good as expected from a private bank.

Very bad service. One simple service they can't provide to their customer and they claim to be diligent in their service. The phone number given in the website is out of service.

One star is also not worth to this bank people working have no idea of work they just cheat and deliver things to wrong address.1 Fraud lady working who will miss guide you through out process with fake promises.Cannot trust ppl in this bank.

Some staff's behaves roughly. The up to date mechine does not work most of the time.
