Average service, when i entered the rooms it was highly untidy, the linens were dirty, pillow covers were dirty, dustbin was full, bathroom was dirty. Positive Points: 1. Location was good 2. Food is good

This place has a chill vibe. The bar on the second floor is great for having parties with friends. Food is reasonably affordable and the staffs are kind and well-mannered. The terrace has sitting arrangements and private compartments for couples or families. The terrace is definitely my favourite area. I have a thing for open air! Overall worth it 👍🏽

Me and my wife have visited this property, I must say this is the best propert in dhanbard. The location is perfect to spend some quality time with your love one, hotel staff are very much supportive. Room are completely clean you will fill like home and I must say food are mind blowing I request if some one looking for a good place to have food I request please visit this place you and your family will enjoy the food. This property is 100% recommend for stay or a dinner with your family or love ones.

The food was good but the service was very bad. I ordered Noodles Gravy and the waiter didn't know the food existed in the restaurant, and then he had asked the manager to confirm. Their quality going downgrade day by day. I'm hoping that they will improve their service and maintain their food quality.

Hotel Shaan e Punjab embraced the rich cultural heritage of Bollywood with awesome dialogues pics from famous movies, and this was reflected in every aspect of the property. Few days ago.I was visit in Dhanbad 2ndtimes for Business purposes. I was staying in shaan e Punjab hotel. Room is very good Room cleaning is much better .room facilities is very nice in this type rate .specially thanks to House keeping Manager and room boy name was kunal .he was very humble and supporting nature person. Food taste is good. But I am not full cetifide form Room service. Please inproved room service timeing. And also thanks to G.M of the hotel Tiwari ji he also good person. I Recommend plz visit in this hotel

Not upto the hype created by the name!! Its definitely has a good venue and vibe but the quality of food which people come to have is missing, food's taste was average and not like restaurants. Above this, the service was very slow and management was not proper. They could improve a lot if feedback taken positively. I'm not visiting again because other places offer better services.

First of all, let me make this clear that I did not stay at the hotel but simply had lunch at their 2nd-floor restaurant. I was able to get first-hand information about the rooms and I can safely assure that the rooms are comfortable and clean, at least now. I have used the phrase 'at least now' as I have seen good hotels transforming into bad rapidly with time. Right now, the property is new so everything looks fine. Hope it stays like this even after 2 years. The room rent tariff is affordable and certainly can be given a try. The downside is the location. Getting a direct mode of transportation from the main town is difficult. As far as the restaurant is concerned, it provides perfect ambience with adequate space but the prices on the menu card are on the higher side. Though the food was tasty but I found excessive use of food colour which somehow dimmed my spirit. It prohibited me to savour the food completely. The bottom line is 'Go only if you don't have any other option'. A suggestion to the restaurant management is to use less colour(chemical) in food.

Earlier the service was okay bt now it has become worse, we ordered paneer tikka butter masala bt what we got is chicken tikka, u're charging higher price and we found the wall of cottage broken, costing this much then where is the maintenance, u need to maintain it

Service is very poor. Hot water not available. For all lights, fixed in ceiling of room. Only one switch. So either you can sleep, with lights on or can sleep in a totally dark room. Socket not working. Very bad experience

Venue is good for couples and families. But the food was not upto the mark. I ordered a chicken handi and panner khadai but the quality of panner was of poor quality. Service was also very late . Overall the resturant need to improve their quality of food (much needed)and rest are things are good .Very upset with the quality of panner they served .

Ambience of resturant is like Inox cinema waiting hall...you can enjoy your time with super duper dialogues of bollywood with their actors pic glowing in large screen. Apart from this I also enjoyed the ambience of its rooftop open space with bonfire arrangement. Overall experience was very nice..ohh yes forgot to mention that food was also delicious.
