The treatment of my wife done by Dr Swarup Mishra and a very good support received from Doctor Mr Mohapatra. One of the Best Doctor I had ever seen. Below are some key factors about this hospital. 1. Very co-operative Doctor and Nursing staff. 2.Canteen Food need to improve for patient point of view. 3. Good hygienic atmosphere throughout the hospital environment. House keeping team has done fabulous job. Mainnting the floor clear regularly and well behaved.

Nice experience, hospital facilities can be improved, staffs behaviour specially nurshing staffs behaviour can be improved. Dr Mohapatra is a Gem, rest Dr. Sishil Giri is also very good best operation experience so far,but Dr Sushil Giri should brhave property with the attendants. Facilities cam be improved like they can provide blanket post surgery. Nursing staffs doesn't care for patients during blood transfusion you need to wait until it will complete and call them repeatedly to stop the flow same for the salines attendant needs to be awake and monitor they won't come for the single time.Still giving 5 star just because of the doctor.

We were frustrated and then with the help of Google reviews, we landed here in Mahapatra Hospital. Purpose: Baby birth. Second issue. Born on 31/12/2021 What we have seen: 1. Doctor: One of the best in my entire hospital visit. You will get answer to all your questions no matter how small the question is. There is nothing called a silly question is his dictionary 😃. He is almost always reachable for any emergency queries through phone/whatsapp. What else can be expected from a doctor?? For me, this is more than enough and moreover, he is more inclined towards his patients. It will be an insult to rate him over other doctors as he is no way comparable in terms of his services in this field. I personally feel he is way better even than the female gynecologists in Cuttack. 2. Nurse & Receptionist: The whole positive journey starts from here. You would feel that a bunch of angels are on duty. You would feel secured for mother and baby under their supervision. The visit time may get a little extended. To overcome this, you may need to get a prior appointment. I personally don't get impatient for the minor delay as I believe every best thing takes time. 3. Administration: Cooperative and hassle free. Any mode (Cash/card/upi) of payments accepted. Though cash would be preferred and better for them to manage. 4. Canteen: Decent and homely food. Wont get many options but its ok. 5. Insurance: This experience may vary from person to person. I had a corporate medi assist insurance and I just had visited 3 times to their desk. Once for enquiry and other 2 times for pre/post signature process. Very smooth and professional services offered. 6. Admission process: Very smooth as it was completely taken care by the insurance agent and the hospital staffs. My involvement was zero here. This is how good the nurse and support staffs are. 7. Rooms and room service: This is according to your need. Various room options are available. Inside, it is neat and clean enough. Though, you may need a mosquito repellent for night. I availed a single AC room (Room No 106) which was decent in size suits our need. Finally, I personally recommend anyone to pay a visit at least once for their next baby plan and then take a decision.
