I've
stayed
in
this
hotel
about
twice
year
for
at
least
a
decade.
As
always,
the
hotel
is
clean
and
fresh
and
the
staff
is
polite
and
helpful.
In
the
past
the
service
in
the
restaurant
had
been
good,
too.
But
not
this
time.
Included
in
my
room
rate
was
a
hot,
cooked-to-order
breakfast
in
the
restaurant,
and
I've
always
enjoyed
a
fresh
cooked
omelet
seated
comfortably
at
a
table.
This
time,
on
Sunday
there
was
only
the
barely
warm
food
on
the
buffet
available:
scrambled
eggs,
potatoes,
sausage
only.
Not
the
best,
but
at
least
a
meal
eaten
comfortably
at
a
table.
But
on
Monday,
although
there
was
a
buffet
set
up,
I
was
not
even
allowed
into
the
restaurant.
I
was
told
I
could
take
a
pre-wrapped
sandwich
out
of
the
hotel
store
back
to
my
room.
Maybe
to
reheat
in
the
microwave?
Really?
That's
not
what
I
paid
for.
And
...
no
decaf
K-cups
or
creamers
available
in
the
room.
Had
to
go
back
down
to
the
lobby
to
get
them.
Disappointing.
