Fast service.. good coffee.. yummy sandwiches..

Pretty good, friendly staff. Need to have more control over flys (maybe a fly catcher) . They have a ramp for wheelchairs and they have seats indoor, outdoor and a quiet zone upstairs with a two restrooms one for each gender. Great sunny place and the coffee is tasty. Ido recommend this place for a quick bite too.

A nice cafe in Bayan to hang out with family or friends. Many choose for business meetings or reading books sipping a nice cup of coffee. The place has a Ramp for wheel chair access and has a drive through also. The cafe is well maintained and the staff are very welcoming, their coffee and snacks are good too.

Good service and pretty fast. Good options and their beverages tend to taste a bit more fresher than other coffee places. Alternative options for milk available which is a plus. Seasonal drinks are varied. Budhino mocha was pretty good. Though it didn't look like the advertised image.

Nice place but near traffic so it may disturb you

I went to the drive thru of this Caribou Coffee and unfortunately wasn’t sure of what I wanted to order. Thankfully, there were zero cars in front of me or behind me but even though there wasn’t, their barista still audaciously said to me “Yallah sir, hurry up and order!” I was admittedly furious. How can you speak to customers that way? There were zero cars behind me. What was his problem? And even if there was (which there definitely wasn’t), you still can’t tell a customer “YALLAH SIR, HURRY UP AND ORDER!” 🤣 it’s kinda funny when you think about it.

Love this place a lot! As a college student it's one of a few coffee shops that I go too and actually feel like I can study. It's usually quiet, but it's busy it does get a little loud, except upstairs where it's never too loud even with people around.

In general Caribou staff are very professional and friendly! Unfortunately they have one staff member that is very rude in Bayan branch. Today which is a day during our holy month of Ramadan and it was heavy traffic through out the country. At around 5.20pm my 8 year old son needed to go to the washroom. I saw some staff members outside and asked if I can take him inside the store. One was wear black which I assumed is a manager he said to go to the side door and they will let us in. When we did a staff member, a lady sitting beside the door responded "we are closed" I said your manager outside said he can go. She started laughing in my face and said "He is not a manager". I responded it's Ramadan my son needs the toilet we do not want to eat! After my son finished I saw the manager at the counter and I was upset with his staff member's behavior. He and other staff member apologized except for her. She denied that she was laughing and talked back to me that I disrespected her. I told her your store has cameras and I will take my complaint to headquarters. Which I did, they apologized to me and to my 8 year old son. Let's hope she learns her lesson and not have such disrespectful behavior with other customers in the future!

Good place for meetings, studying, and working. I prefer going to the second floor where most of the tables are located. You don't have to worry about parking since the parking of the super market is near the café. They have drive thru but usually get crowded fast especially in the morning. Offers nice collection of food and beverages. They sometimes put riddles to solve and get discount as a reward.

Good but the staffs cleaning quality is very poor and I noticed it.

Truly the "third place" to be for Bayan residents. Not as noisy as Starbucks, which makes it ideal for reading or studying, or simply have a relaxing cup of tea. They have nice choices of delicious snacks in addition to the usual tea and coffee. It's conveniently located next to Bayan Co-op, Bayan's main supermarket. Also, the staff are friendly and courteous.

I like this branch. Nice seating arrangements that would help people who want to read, study, or just enjoy their coffee. My only negative is the somewhat load music they put on.

Caribou has the best iced blended Mocha coffee according to my taste. At this coffee joint in the City Center Mall in the city of Salmiya you can find any thing you want for your household or personal belongings. It's sometimes nice and feels great to sit in an indoor coffee shop and watch people walk by with their kids or friends This cafe offers great coffee at an affordable price You can find affordable eateries at reasonable prices which I do with my family a couple of times a month The regular coffee (Americana) is of course different than Starbucks but both have a special blend of their own Seats are ample and clean and vary from simple chairs to relax coaches, and the staff are very friendly and helpful

Employees must train well .. never make a sandwich very hot while the lettuce is inside.. this is a big mistake.
