It is One of the Entrance Gate to Hirakud Dam/Barrage. A Memorial Pillar situated for the memorable persons who sacrifice their lives to build Such a Huge Dam. The Pillar contains Name of Such memorable persons. Infrastructure must be improve near by to attract tourists to this point. As Compare to Gandhi Minar and Jawahar Minar the Infrastructure is not much developed.

Memorial pillar constructed at the time of HIRAKUD DAM construction. Hirakud Dam is longest composite dam of World. The pillar is right side of dam. Very good visiting place.
